“The property condition and amenities are exactly as shown. I stayed here for 15 days in August - when it was very hot - ave. 115 each day. The parking lot to the unit was further than was represented to me, but I borrowed a wagon to use for transporting groceries and things, and that helped. The AC unit is also VERY loud. “Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again! ”

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo/neighborhood itself is very nice and quiet. The host is very helpful and fast to respond. If we ever travel to Scottsdale for fun, we would love to stay there again! ”

The location was very close to everything we wanted to do and we really enjoyed the community hot tub after a long desert hike. The unit was stocked well and clean. Communication with the manager was easy and they were very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. ”
