“We really enjoyed our stay. All of the beds were very comfortable and the host even included little extras in the kitchen and bathroom- in case you needed them. The host quickly responded to questions. We would love to stay again. Just a reminder to park in the garage or driveway, there is a no parking sign in the cul-de-sac. ”

“We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! ”

“My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long.
