“My husband and I had a nice weekend to ourselves. I could be nit-picky and find things to complain about if I wanted, but overall this place suited our needs. One drawback is that it located right next to the freeway which was pretty loud. On the plus side, the downstairs bedroom was quiet and dark; the freeway did not bother us there.”

“House is a bit smaller than it appears online and the spiral stairs weren’t the easiest to deal with…problem only because navigating them after a 100 mile race proved difficult. I’m probably the only one with that problem though. Otherwise it was great, very pretty area and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend this house considering the pricing of all the other available places in the area.”

“We had a good stay at Rivers Edge. We rented it while having work done at our house in North Bend. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor spaces due to work and school. It was quiet, comfortable, and close access to the freeway. ”

“Pros: 1) The local property manager and owner were very responsive and very helpful. (The backup local manager never responded when the main one had a day off, so he/she gets 1 star; everyone else gets 5 stars.) 2) We didn't hear the renter (Note that the entry to the house is shared, and the renter lives on the bottom floor of the house. The house is on a hill that slopes away from the level of the driveway, so the entry to the VRBO and the rental are on the same level, which is the level...
