“We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. “We had a lovely time. Our neighbors were nice. It was quiet. The walls are thick because my husband listens to the tv very loudly and the neighbors said they couldn't hear a thing. The washer and dryers worked great! It was wonderful! Even with the quaint little bar across the street playing music, you couldn't hear it once we were in our room. The little market next door had everything we needed. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again. ”

“The cabin and pool were perfect. Fantastic restaurants very nearby. Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the shoreline and fishing. No beach and very shallow water throughout the entire bay. I'd definitely stay here again, just plan on traveling if you're looking to catch any fish.”

“Beach towels!! The cottage is very cute. Very basic kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. No extra comfort amenities...travel mugs, beach chairs, hot pads for kitchen, toilet paper, beach towels. And if you plan to wash anything bring coins. 1.50 per wash ”

“This place is about as laid back as you can get in the Keys. We love coming here, but it's a no frills existence and normally very peaceful. There's no housekeeping. Once you've blown thru some basic household supplies, you're on your own. With ample help from the property manager, eventually, the cottage had everything you might need for a home away from home. ”

“Check in process was as easy as it gets! Liam met us at the marina, helped us load our bags onto their boat and shuttled us to the houseboat. The kayak we needed was there waiting on us. The houseboat itself is extremely beautiful, wonderful views and relatively quiet. I’m already planning another vacation to stay here again. ”

“Was just a teaser initial trip to Key West but staying on the water was awesome! Beautiful views and great amenities. Kevin and Captain Philip were great throughout the whole process including great local recommendations! One thing to note, if you are 6’ plus, will need to watch your head and the steps downstairs require concentration. As a shorter person (barely 5’!) it all worked perfectly for me! Look forward to staying again and taking the boat out next time! ”
