“Very well situated and stocked family and Fido friendly home. Walk to the beach or One-eyed jacks playground within minutes. A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!”

“My husband and I, along with his sister and her husband just had a fabulous weekend at Castlehaven. The architecture of the home itself is quite unique. Add the perfect Sea Ranch location, two ensuite bedrooms in the house (there is also a third bedroom that we did not use), well equiped kitchen, hot tub -- all 5 minutes from the Bluff Trail, and it is truly a special place. Communication with our host was quite easy and check out a dream. We hope to return!”

“We booked this property for a mini writing retreat and it was the perfect atmosphere! It has gorgeous views of the water and forest from most parts of the house. All are easy fixes. Only had 3 forks... management was quick to supply more. Bed super comfortable excellent water pressure for showers. Excellent comfortable couch and large screen tv. Surrounded by trees yet close to beach. We will be back.”

“We had a lovely time here! Cozy, big gas fireplace in living room, comfy thick mattresses, nice hot tub. House is in a little hilly neighborhood, but once you’re inside the house you would never know anyone else was around you. The property is beautifully and cleverly landscaped for privacy, and the back of the house backs up to a lush and woodsy hillside. Very green, shady and pretty. Near to town and the redwoods. We would return for sure. ”
