Not a Pleasant Experience
When I went to check in to the property, I could not access using the door code provided because the smart lock was not working. I had to call customer service to get assistance and was eventually given the code for the lock box with a key. We found out 2 days later that the smart lock being broken was a known issue because they had sent a handyman out 2 times prior but failed to fix it, yet still provided this as the primary mode of entry into the property. When I walked in, there was a strong food odor in the kitchen they seemed to be attempting to mask with an air freshener that was out of the air freshening liquid. The bed in the basement was caving in, so when sleeping the first night, my husband and I were rolling into each other in the middle. That only lasted the first night though, because when he got out of the bed that next morning, the bed broke. They sent a handyman to fix it the next day, and he stated that one side of the bed had been propped up on paint cans, which is ultimately what caused the caving and breaking. He removed the bed frame and we slept with mattress and box spring on the ground for 10 nights while I repeatedly followed up until they finally sent someone back to fix it. They did issue a partial refund for the inconvenience. The last straw for us was the ant infestation that revealed itself 2 nights prior to check out, requiring us to throw away ~80% of the food from cabinets. They were responsive to inquiries, just very, very slow to act
