“The house was perfect for our small group. The host was very responsive, when the barbecue didn't work she brought us a brand new one! We grilled our freshly caught salmon and halibut. We had a wonderful week, thank you!”

“This house is in an ideal location, especially for fishing on the Kenai river! It is very clean and the facilities are great! I was impressed by the large freezer to store fish! Also it was fun to play the basketball game and foosball in the basement. My only complaint (but I would not knock down the review stars for it) was there is no easy access to a bathroom upstairs. “1st time in Alaska! We enjoyed staying at this home just a few minutes from everything in Soldotna. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were great to work with and answered questions quickly. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The hosts were pleasant and responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. The drawbacks are the steps to the loft and low sloping ceiling. The stairs are narrow, steep, too much height between steps, no railing and very small top step. When you reach the top step duck or you’ll hit your head as the ceiling slopes with very little headroom unless standing in the center of the loft.”

“Love the view, right on the bluff, overlooking the mouth of the Kenai River and ocean; plus mountains! Property is old, but very roomy and nice set up; it does need some minor maintenance, and it was sometimes difficult to get a response from owners when we had questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!”
