"We were upgraded to a room in the casino. Other than the cigarette smoke in the check-in area, the room was clean, quiet and odor free. There was an issue with the electrical outlet in the bathroom. When using the hair dryer, the breaker tripped and we lost power in the bathroom, and the shower leaked ..."
