Great location
Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Nice large common areas, and couches. Great places to gather and hangout. Our favorite was the pool table and bar. Kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. Perfect location not far from casinos and restaurants.

Bachelor Party Lake Tahoe 7/18/24-7/21/24
Couldn't ask for a better property for a bachelor party in S. Lake Tahoe. The downstairs is awesome with games, pool table, darts, TV, and bar. Plenty of space for people to sleep with more than enough bedding. The jacuzzi was on and heated and ready to go upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Proximity to downtown S Lake Tahoe and the casinos/beach was perfect. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Great lodgings for family vacation
The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for a great stay at Tahoe! Just to note there is a leak from the upstairs master bathroom to the pool room directly underneath the shower. But other than that everything worked and was great.

Great stay for 8 people!
Had a blast at the property - nice and clean as advertised. Beds were very comfy, bar area was perfect, hot tub was excellent (and fits 8). Grill worked well! Kitchen was incredibly stocked. There is also an area for throwing axes (axes not provided which makes sense to me, just buy your own beforehand) Only thing to note was that we couldn’t find any grilling utensils, so be sure to bring your own long and metal tongs etc.

Fun vacation house
Good location, hiking trail right next door, close to Stateline. There was a slight hiccup with an amenity but the property manager was quick to respond and fix. Would stay here again!

Awesome game room
House is in a great location close to state line and pretty spacious. The bar/game room was really nice. Only minor issues we had were the hot water runs out quickly when multiple people are showering and the 3rd step from the bottom going downstairs is slightly different than the rest so a tripping hazard if you aren’t paying attention. Otherwise the house was perfect!

All the makings of a solid rental with some TLC
Overall our stay was good, had some challenges along the way but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. The positives: Place is very close to Heavenly and stores making it extremely convenient to get around or make a quick run for provisions. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond throughout which was appreciate. The house was generously sized with plenty of bedrooms, baths and space to stretch out and relax. It has one of the biggest hot tubs we have ever been in and was sorely needed after a day on the slopes. The area and neighborhood are very serene and picturesque. The not so positives: The house itself is a bit dated but has plenty of charm, needs some TLC. The master shower issue reported in an earlier review has not been fixed yet and was known by the property manager. There is a broken step on the staircase leading to the basement which caused my wife and friend to fall, thankfully just a bruise and discomfort, but it was definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. The house itself was prepped for our arrival but it seemed rushed as there were a few areas that weren’t cleaned well enough. All this being said we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the quick response and making things right by the properly manager. With a little bit of TLC this place i could see this place being a great rental property. If the time came to come back to the area I would seriously consider revsiting..

Great vacation spot
Great spot for our group ski trip. It was a short drive to any of the bases to hop on a lift to start our day. Hot tub was crucial at the end of the day and we enjoyed the darts and pool table.

A Guys Escape
This was a pefect place for a guys ski trip and the check-in process was easy. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 of us as well as plenty of places to sit and hangout. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Everyone loved the basement bar and pool table room. The backyard is really cool complete with an old lift chair and axe throwing area. We parked our cars in the garage and it kept us from having to clean the snow off every morning. The property is at the end of the road and abuts a park with a trailhead if you come in the summer months or bring your snow shoes. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything. We would definitely come back.

Highly Recommend
I stayed here with my family and everyone loved everything about this house. I found this place last minute on Vrbo and I’m so glad I chose this one because the location was perfect and the pictures doesn't do this house justice. We would definitely book with World Class Property Management again. Communication and check in process with them was so smooth. We also appreciated them accommodating an early check in even though we ended up getting stuck in traffic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone.

We had a great time. The location made it easy to get to the downtown area. The game room provided so much fun for everyone. I enjoyed the trails near the house too!
