“This is an amazing placed to stay in S Lake Tahoe. It's very close to Heavenly where lots of activities takes place.”

“Accommodation was exactly as described. Great location. Beautiful little pond right behind the building, we saw some nice wildlife. Kitchen has most supplies needed to cook meals. Pots are a little on the small side when cooking for 7 ppl but we made do. Plenty of towels which was great for showers after beach days. Kids absolutely loved the bunk bed set up. I would stay here again.”

“We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was great! Close to the beach, walking distance to the village, and private parking made it very enjoyable. The group fit comfortably in the space and had a great time.”

“Shower a bit small, no air conditioning, knob on screen door a bit hard to turn from the inside because of the door frame, overhead light/fan combination and wall switches a bit confusing. But loved the location -- easy walk to restaurants, beach views, bike rentals. Worked out very nicely for a several day getaway. Will definitely consider staying here again.”

“The stay was great, just don't close the bathroom door all the way, you will get stuck in there. But other than that, it was good. I would stay here again for sure”

“Showers were solid. Provided shampoo and body wash powder was horrible- hard to use and lasted 1 day for a 5 day trip Water pressure in 1 was very weak. Heating was good but very drying- need some kind of humidifier Check in experience was terrible. Was given 1 code for 5 apartments. Called and was given additional codes which didn’t work. Eventually worked out that the codes Vacasa had for apartments A-E didn’t correspond to the actual apartments which are numbered 1-5.”

“Stayed for NYE, several issues with the room. - Room was not very clean. I think the cleaning crew did what they could, it just was overall grimy. The carpet was crispy - like it's either really old or needs to be shampood. - The shower is tiny (which was fine for me but should be mentioned in the ad because it wouldn't work for bigger guests), and the tile is chipping. It just overall was not a comfortable shower experience, it may have been clean but felt grimy be cause the tile is all...

“Before you rent this property, you should know: - The manager failed to provide us entry codes before we arrived, and then was not available when we did. We spent an hour and 20 minutes trying to get in. Vacasa customer service was no help. Finally someone else stepped in to reset codes for us. The original property manager contacted us a day later, and then never responded to other messages. - The place was filthy. Stains on sheets and carpets. Dust. A used Panda Express box left under a bed....
