The pros, large unit. Big living and dining area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It’s also quiet and close to I5 on/off ramp. The cons, the first thing you notice is the musty smell. I assume it’s because it’s not always lived in and it’s the bottom half of the house. After awhile you tend not to notice it maybe because you just get used to it. They know there is an issue because the are air freshener pouches in every room. The unit is furnished with garage sale finds, you can see they didn’t want to spend money on nicer furniture. It’s very tired looking and miss matched. We thought the bed sheets were rough though the mattress was comfortable. The kitchen has quite a bit of cooking items but again all cheap and well used. There wasn’t any oven mits I could find so we used a kitchen towel. The place was clean with the exception of the kitchen. the floors were dirty and countertops had crumbs on them. I should also note it has soft water, which kinda has a slippery feel to it so you had to be careful washing dishes, there is no dishwasher. Over all if you just need a place to meet with some friends or family it works if you don’t mind the cons I have mentioned.
