“This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver.”

“This is a beautiful cabin and was nicely decorated for Christmas during our stay. It's a very quiet location. Unfortunately, our family only had a short stay in this convenient location for a nearby family funeral we attended, but it made the most perfect oasis for us. The back deck is really spacious and has a beautiful view and a well-maintained hot tub. We really must return under different circumstances and warmer months to fully enjoy this fantastic rental property. Highly recommend!”

While the weather was a little rainy and we didn't get to hike or fish, it is a location we'd love to visit again! For those who want to know...the shower is fantastic with great heat and pressure, and the bed is firm. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates/pans/silverware and a Keurig with K-cups. “We stayed for a week and had friends and family members coming in and out as we prepared for our son’s wedding. It was a very wonderful time and the house was perfect for our large group. The owners really put so much thoughtful detail into this lodge - the stocked kitchen with a smores kit, bathrobes and slides to wear from the house to the hot tub, the themed decorations, games, hot tub, projector, I could go on and on. We did have a water pressure issue that made it very difficult to shower however, the issue was completely out of the owner's control.
