A fantastic winter get away!
Tom's property is exactly as advertised - we just wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The refrigerator/freezer was huge and the kitchen met all our needs. And the view of Sapphire Beach was spectacular from our balcony.The pool was very clean and just a few steps from the condo. And the beach was a short walk/drive down the hill. The beach chairs and towels were great, and the housekeeping refresh mid stay was nice, getting sand (which is everywhere) off the floor and fresh towels was appreciated. Communications with Tom through the VRBO app was answered promptly.Sapphire Beach was great for sunning, but we made the short drive to Coki beach and loved it. But get there early as many of the cruise ship folks have also found it a great beach and wonderful place to fish (& people) watch. We may have misunderstood, but the laundry was not in our condo - it was in a common area. That's no big deal, as we didn't need it - but maybe it could be clearer on the listing.For a couple looking for the perfect place to get away, it would be hard to beat Tom's condo!

Wonderful holiday spot
We stayed at Thomas's apartment for a week and had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need for a holiday. The property has a pool, restaurant, and Sapphire Beach very close by. It's easy to get to Red Hook which we did often to get the ferry to St John or visit the grocery store, and restaurants. The islands are very hilly so be prepared to walk up and down a bit (for example if you go to Sapphire Beach). However, I did short runs around the Sapphire properties and it was a good workout. Would definitely recommend Thomas's apartment!

a week in paradise
St. Thomas was fantastic. The weather is amazing . It was 80-90 degrees and sunny every day. We had the ability to utilize the awesome pool or take a short walk to a gorgeous beach with crystal clear blue water. This location was away from the port where the cruise ships dock, so it was much more relaxing than staying near the Capital city.

beautiful and convenient location
The apartment has everything you can need. And the view is so lovely. We liked the small restaurant on the property, as well as the beach and restaurant on the adjacent property. We were very glad we had rented a car - made it so easy to get around, get groceries, etc. We particularly appreciated the beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment provided by our host

Amazing view with everything you need inside sapphire beach
Great trip for 7 nights to sapphire beach. There are 4 places on site to eat instead of leaving the resort area. All had great food and service. Tom’s place was perfect size for a couple looking to get away. Very fast response with any questions also. The pics listed are nothing compared to the location in real life. Thanks will be back again !

Great Experience
We had an amazing time at Tom's condo. The place was spotless, updated, and had a great view over Sapphire. The beach was a short walk up and down the hill, with a nice beach bar, coffee shop, and a couple restaurants all easily accessible on foot. We were sad to leave and hope to make it back!

Beach getaway
The description and pictures were accurate. For a cozy studio it had everything we could possibly need for just two people. There are two pools on property one right outside the door. As other reviewers had said the beach is very nice and in walking distance, however there are a couple fairly steep but short hills to walk up/down. The apartment was really well stocked as well. There was one issue but Thomas was very responsive and we were able to resolve quickly.

Great Experience

Perfect apartment at Sapphire
Great apartment on Sapphire and short walk to the beach. Clean, nice kitchen and good AC. Quick ride to groceries and restaurants. Uphill walking on your way back from the beach. The beach has a nice bar and restaurant.

Nice setup. We enjoyed our stay. Power fluctuated a lot, but that was an island wide issue. We did have to purchase some utensils to cook, as the kitchen was limited in what was available. But other than that it was a cute enjoyable set up for us.

Perfect location, beautiful views, very nice condo.
We stayed for 9 days and loved everything about Tom's condo at Sapphire Village. We rented a vehicle which we highly recommend. The entire area around the condo is bustling with activity from the gorgeous beach to the pools, the Marina and all of the amenities. The condo has everything we could need (only negative was just 2 bath towels...4 would have been better). Just a fantastic place!! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly as Thomas described it - with a beautiful view of the property and the sea. The studio was perfectly equipped and we were able to grill out at the pool located within a 30 second walk from our door. We definitely would stay here again:)

Great locale and good value
We had a wonderful time at Tom's property. He was cordial and responsive and the studio condo was perfect for the two of us! The view is amazing and he has these wonderful beach towels (unlike we've ever seen before) and beach chairs should you like to use them. Given that the unit is on a fairly steep hill, this rental is best for those without mobility issues (true for the entire Sapphire Village condo resort. Yet if you are able to walk up and down the street you will love the place, the view, the convenient pools, the amazing Sapphire beach below, and the convenience to the Red Hook Ferry. Great time!
