I loved the overall layout of the room and private deck and pool The furniture was outdated and kind of old in the living room. That is the only negative thing. Otherwise perfect vacation!

Conceptually hotel has great value and abilities to give traveler that many hotels on island don’t have. Private pool, kitchen and separation from others. Close approximation to couple beaches, It would be mind blowing if units would be maintain and had updates to have higher level of furnishings. We had unit that they use as photo model but those photos were done 20 year ago. It need modifications and some renovation

Loved It!

Property was just what we were looking for. The property was super clean and the staff was friendly. The inside looked to be recently refurbished, very nice. The furniture was wicker (some other reviewers have complained) but they were in good condition. Like most properties on the island, the outside is still a bit beat up from the hurricanes. But the pool was super clean. I would definitely recommend this place for couples looking for a quiet getaway, yet close enough to the action to go out for some fun.

I like the peace and quiet, and the welcome basket fill with goodies. I did not like the fact that, the air is not central.

The property is in poor conditions. I called the manager and complained about the "chickens". The have a chickens walking all over the property and they start at 4am...and go most of the day making noise. No where to go and relax.

We loved the private pool! Very secluded! Great location near several beaches and restaurants in Red Hook. Our only complaint would be the condition of the pool area. It showed its age with some missing tiles and rusty handrails. The interior of the room was very clean and updated.

Our own pool and grill was awesome. The A/C worked great and kept the whole place very cool. The kitchen provided almost all cookware necessities other than grill spatula. Bring your own salt/pepper, condiments, etc. Everything else is there. The room was clean. They provided beach towels for us. Staff was very nice but they do have weird hours at the lobby, so keep that in mind. We chose to drive to the two closests beaches, Sapphire Beach and Lindquist Beach. We expected to be able to walk there but the drive was much easier than walking. Both beaches were beautiful and less than a 2 minute drive. Only thing we didn't love was that there are roosters behind the villas - loud ones! So we were woken up by those every morning at 6:30. But all in all it was a great stay and we would stay there again. Thank you!

Private Personal Pool!

Great accommodations! Having your own private, personal pool was the highlight of our stay. Request a villa away from the street, its much more private!

The property is old and tired - they keep the rooms and pools clean though. Our room was supposed to come with a coffee maker and after multiple attempts to get one we finally gave up as housekeeping and the desk clerk did not share the same hours.

I really liked the concept of the bathroom having that almost "outside in nature" feel with the palm tree and plants. The ground require maintenance.

Week in St Thomas

Front desk people were helpful, friendly and easy to deal with and resolved most of the problems we had when we checked in. The concept is great but the facility is not well maintained. They are still recovering from the hurricane but there are maintenance items that should have been taken care of before we checked in.

Great hotel, right next to a beautiful beach!

Loved having our own private pool in its own little courtyard. The hotel and the hotel restaruant were excellent as well as all the people working there. Thanks for a great time!

I have been a repeat customer for years!

I love the location (Red Hook) very peaceful and beautiful. Private pool is a big plus. Absolutely everything anyone would want.

Very Disappointed!!!

When we arrived we were told "the power was off but would be back on in an hour or so" This seems to happen quite often due to the type of old power station setup on the island. The receptionist was not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed to help with any assistance asked of her. The young lady that was there the next day was wonderfully professional and helpful though. The pool was refreshing but some rust scattered in sections and tiles loose and falling off with a very old loose ladder to get out with. The bed felt like it was 30 years old with a sink in the middle and awful pillows included. Did love the outdoor private shower! The chickens and the roosters were the most annoying all day long!! They also leave droppings on the walkways so look out! Go anywhere else! It was not worth all the money we spent.
