Nuestra villa tiene impresionantes vistas al agua y está perfectamente ubicada en el buscado East End of St. Thomas Está a poca distancia de la popular playa de Secret Harbour, donde se encuentran Sunset Grille y Cruzan Beach Bar. No se puede negar que está de vacaciones en el Caribe en nuestra casa. Tiene un ambiente "playero" con colores vivos y una decoración costera de buen gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son muy cómodas. Los jóvenes y los jóvenes de corazón disfrutarán de la litera. El mobiliario y la decoración juguetones fueron elegidos teniendo en cuenta. También éramos conscientes de lo que buscan los vacacionistas en su hogar temporal fuera de casa. Felt like home
As a family of 6 we appreciated: the layout providing privacy, gorgeous view, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, plenty of parking for 2 cars, comfortable spaces to sit inside and outside, decor and furnishings are current and nicely done, and it's very clean. It's situated above a street but I'll take the vehicle noise vs long drives from homes up the hills for easy and quicker access to the beaches.

Property was comfortable. Bunk beds were a little smaller than anticipated. Close to Beach but would need a car or taxi to get to Grocery store. Adequate cooking utensils and distes.

Amazing place for our vacation!
Myself, husband and 6 boys absolutely loved the place. Secret harbour beach is right around the corner and our favorite beach by far, we went every day. House had everything we needed and theres plenty of romm for all of us. Deck has a beautiful view as well. Would definitely stay here again!everyone.haandeveryone's

The property was very clean, the views were spectacular. Very walkable to the Secret Harbor beach. Definitely needed a car to get to the dining areas and other parts of the island.

Had a wonderful time in St. Thomas
My family enjoyed our stay in St Thomas; being able to rent this beautiful home for the week was very convenient. My wife and I enjoyed the master bedroom; while my kids were able to enjoy their stay in their own bedrooms (my 2 daughters shared the bedroom with the bunkbed, while my son had a room to himself). The home is a short distance from the beautiful Secret Harbor beach- although it is technically walking distance; I would recommend driving it (we had rented a car for our stay on the island). Cherise provided everything that we needed for our vacation- there were chairs and towels for the beach (along with a cooler); and the home was very clean and spacious. This was a very enjoyable vacation for our family of 5; and there is a lot to do on the island (we visited St. John one day, and took the tram up to Paradise Point on another day). Coming from the US mainland, the only issue I had was learning to drive on the left side of the road- but after some time, I was able to adjust. We can't wait to go back!

A must stay
My group consisted of four captains who had just spent many nights out at Sea to deliver a yacht here. We had three days to stay at this location and could not have been happier. The place has a really warm vibe and wonderful views.

The Beaches Stay

Beautiful views, great location, wonderful place
The property had a beautiful garden as well as a fantastic view for sunsets. We found the layout spacious and very comfortable for my large and busy family. All of us greatly enjoyed our stay and found that the location was ideal with quick access to many attractions. We enjoyed snorkeling, restaurants, beaches, and fishing all within a short walk or drive.

Perfect!
The Jayhawk Villa is bright, airy, very clean, and conveniently located very near a beautiful beach, Redhook, and grocery stores. You cannot go wrong booking this villa. Our host provided very clear check-in and check-out instructions that were reasonable. We really appreciated the open feeling of the villa with lots of ceiling fans. The lack of central AC was not at all an issue. The window units kept us very comfortable, day and night. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment to allow us to cook dinner. It was so relaxing and reassuring to get back to such a comfortable homebase after a day of beach adventures. Secret Harbour Beach is an easy walk, offering great amenities, a restaurant with a bar, and gear rental for snorkeling etc. Redhook is a close drive with lots of restaurants. The villa is perfectly located to venture to several amazing beaches, good restaurants, and other sites, while being in a quiet residential neighborhood; the roosters being the only exception to the quiet vibe. We could not have asked for a better accommodation.

Beautiful view and lovely modernized home
Beautiful home and property with a gorgeous view. There is a rooster and 2 hens on the property which I thought was very cute! The walk to the beach is actually 7 minutes - not 1 minute. But you cannot walk there as there is no sidewalk so you do need to drive. Property manager was very responsive if we had a problem. Loved staying there but did not appreciate having to drive all over to find a trash dump to haul our trash on our last day there.

Nice House Near the Beach
Our family of five (3 kids in their 20s) enjoyed our stay at Jayhawk villa. It's a ranch house with three bedrooms, about 7m walk to the beach. Great view of the water, and well appointed kitchen. The primary BR has foliage obstructing view to the water, but the other two BRs have great views. The courtyard is a sweet feature. The walk to the beach is easy, but a bit tight with cars, and steep, especially if carrying gear back uphill. There are limited parking spots at the beach. Was fine for us. We enjoyed dinner at the Sunset Grille there. Owner was very responsive, and the place was clean and in great shape. Nice find!

Blown away!!
Loved our stay! The pictures don’t really do it Justice! It’s bigger than expected! Large rooms and great outdoor space! Decorated beautifully and very clean! All beds were so comfortable which makes a great nights sleep! We had an issue with the water heater but they were right on it to fix. We were close to the best beach called Secret Harbor beach and it was so nice and the Silver Grill restaurant there was our favorite! What a gem and really hope to go back!!

The pefect 50th Birthday Present
Jayhawk was perfect for us. I chose it to celebrate my 50th with my family and to show our children where we met, had our first date and got engaged. We worked cruise ships and our Saturday port was St Thomas. We have wonderful memories of the island. The location to Secret Harbor was great. Fantastic snorkeling and general beach laziness. We ate at the bar a couple of nights too. It is close to a couple of super markets. To be fair, everything is close. We drove around the island in about and hour or so. It's quite the adventure. We will be back for sure.

Delightful stay near Red Hook!
We really enjoyed our time at this darling villa near Red Hook. We spent the days on St. John and St. Thomas and came back to this charming property! The owner was very responsive and helpful and was even kind enough to let us drop our bags early so we could enjoy the day on the island without them in tow. The villa was clean and had a nice view. The descriptions of how to get there were so helpful and check out was easy, as well. It was very close to the ferry terminal and good restaurants. A great location and great place to stay!

Good Vibes!
We stayed at Jayhawk for a friend’s wedding with a few friends. Most of the rest of the wedding party stayed at Secret Harbor Beach Resort and we were so happy to be here! The garden is gorgeous, the porch was so relaxing and the space inside is huge. Not overly fancy but fits the chill vibe of the island. Only negatives I could say are that it is challenging to back a car into the driveway and when walking down to secret harbor, especially at night, you have to watch closely for cars when walking on the road. Otherwise a wonderful time and would totally go back!
