Great location!
The unit was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! The location is tough to beat. I rated this only 4 stars, because as we expected from other reviews, the place is in need of some updates. Most in the kitchen. If you are planning to stay and cook meals- this may not be the place for you. The cooking supplies and utensils are quite lacking. The only spatulas are burnt and melted and one of the two pans the teflon is chipping off. In addition, there are only two coffee mugs provided in the unit, so we actually had to buy some souvenir cups out and about to use here and take home with us. Otherwise the stay was perfect. Comfortable beds and cozy. Perfect for a quick couple of nights with the girls!

Great location, but a bit dated and worn
This condo is in a fantastic location. It is just steps from the beach, and the view of the ocean from the balcony is very nice. The designated parking spot for the condo is covered. We had a little trouble checking in because the parking lot gate card was not in the lockbox as it should have been. I called Vacasa and the representative resolved the issue quickly. The condo itself is very spacious, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. However, several of the lightbulbs throughout the condo were burned out. The furniture could use some updating. The dining chairs were quite uncomfortable and the couch was worn out. The bunk bed mattress would be ok for a child, but it was not great for an adult. The king bed was very comfortable! The patio furniture was also comfortable. The decor is dated, and several pictures had fallen off the wall and were simply leaning against the wall or stacked on a shelf. One wall is entirely covered in mirrors, and there were some significant cracks in them. Cleanliness-wise, the carpet in the bedrooms was stained, as were the couch, curtains, and other upholstery. The place had a damp, musty feel and smell. The linens were clean and fresh, though. The kitchen amenities were lacking. No potholders were found, and dishes/cookware were sparse. The water dispenser in the fridge leaked. A few updates would make this an exceptional condo, but overall it was a nice place to spend several days and I would return in the future.

No responsiveness from management
The listing indicated that wifi was available. When we arrived on day 1 we noticed it was not working and immediately contacted management. We were told that they would look into it and despite following up with them daily, there was never an attempt to repair the wifi. At the time of checkout 5 days later there was still not a clear indication that they were planning to fix the wifi. Also, the furnishings and decor are all old and worn out. On more than one occasion during the stay, pictures fell off the wall in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. I would never stay here again.

Bathroom sink stopper broken and will not drain properly. Entrance tile worn and peeling. Patio doors hard to slide and patio railing needs cleaning and painting. Toilets when both in use...bubbling effect...need plumber to check. Hot water takes 5 minutes to get hot in both bathrooms. Front door faded and trim around door rusted. Too long a door code...need card reading lock to replace it. Furniture worn and beat up looking. Would not rent again! Very disappointed!!! Parking pass cards were not left in S1 Black Box as was instructed.

Great Location but needs work
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the view was nice. The condo was notably musty, and water stains could be seen seeping thought the paint and ceiling throughout the condo. The check in was easy but as soon as we opened the door, the handle broke, temporarily trapping us in the condo. I was able to pry the lock open and called the number given for the local rep, which seemed to be out of order, then the Vacasa national help number. The person took our information, but no one ever called back or came to assess the door as far as I know. I was able to jam the door handle in an open position while we went out the first day, but I finally had to remove part of the door handle to allow us to come and go without worry of getting stuck in or out of the condo. I get that things break, and it was a weekend. However, not following up is not acceptable.

Great location, condo mediocre
Beds were good. But overall the property needs some work. Living area furnishings subpar and no seating for 6 people as the listing boosts the condo sleeps. Needs a facelift. Master bath doesn’t even have shower so only one shower for 6 people. After paying a premium, I expected better.

The condo was nice and presented as photographed online. The bunk bed mattresses are terrible. Not suitable for adults at all. The bathroom shower was clogged and management did not get around to fix during our short 2 night stay.

After long travel day
My wife and I check in, no problem. However, the first thing we notice is there are NO clothes hangers in either of the two closets. I call the 800 # on the reservation email and while I'm unloading the car 4 floors down, my wife yells down that the person answering the 800 # call cannot talk to her because her, my wife's name is not on the reservation. So I say, I'm om my way upstairs. When I get there, the attendant at the 800 # has disconnected telling my wife she can't wait. I redial and after nearly 20 min. the call auto disconnects. I review the contract and find a local # to call. After reviewing my issue, he acts surprised that I wanted hangers immediately , but agrees to see what he can do. He calls 30 min later that he has delivered hangers to our front door. We return from dinner to find 6 hangers at our door. There are 2 adults, staying 5 nights, with 2 closets and we are sent 6 hangers! At check out he says, their normal "hanger distribution is Five" !! Is that 5 per person, cause that's wrong, or five per closet cause that's wrong. But if it"s five per 2 adults for 5 nights that's insane! Review their process/contracts closely !!!

Not as good as we hoped
Love the location and amenities but the unit seemed outdated. When we got there one of the ac units were not working properly and the thermostat stayed between 76 and 78 our whole stay. Once we notified management the issue was not able to be fixed during our stay so we were refunded one nights stay and box fans were brought in to keep us comfortable in the bedrooms. Just not the kind of service I was expecting for how much I paid even with the one night refund. Will not be staying in this unit again but we be staying on the property again.

Beautiful View and location
Our favorite part of the condo was the view from the balcony. We had 2 different ocean views and it was so peaceful to listen to the ocean for coffee and then cocktails after dinner. We walked to dinner every night as there are several restaurants close by as well as a bike rental shop we rented bikes from and rode all over the beautiful shady neighborhoods and to the pier. The kitchen is nice and had everything we needed. The King and Prince Resort on the property is very nice with 3 pools and an oceanside deck and bar.
