Very beautiful place, wonderful atmosphere. Would have loved to have a hotter pool, but it was still too cold for us. Jacuzzi rocked! Needs small light fixed. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!!!!!!

This home is wonderful, and a great location for us near family in Seminole. The homeowner thought of everything; it has anything you could need and then some. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Nicely decorated and owner kept in touch often asking if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is so beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted with a personalized welcome sign and a bottle of wine. The pool was perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and utensils We were very impressed and so comfortable Would stay here again!

Fantastic Home Away from Home
Our rental was amazing! Great location near lots of restaurants and stores and a few miles from the beaches. The home was exactly as described! Immaculate inside and out! Wonderfully decorated as well which made it feel very cozy. The owner had so many extras throughout the house that made it so much easier to be on vacation without having to do a lot of shopping. Beach and pool equipment included! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and the yard was great. Easy and fast communication with our host and an easy process to check in and check out. We will definetly rent again if we go back to the same area in the future! Highly reccomend! Neighborhood was quiet as well. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation!

Family vacation
This place is awesome. Very clean, stocked with everything you need in kitchen. Pool sparkling clean too. Sandra is amazing anything you need she's on it immediately. We will different be back again. This is our second time at one of her vacation homes. Takes 5 minutes to go to beach. We absolutely love this area. Close to stores, shopping and restaurants.

House is immaculate! Has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Pool and hot tub were wonderful to have. Our family of 5 had plenty of room in the house. Beds are comfy! Recently renovated and nicely furnished property with all necessities at hand. Very convenient location too, less than 10 minutes drive from the beach and 2 minutes from publix. Weekend to see the Orioles
Wow! From the moment we opened the door we were amazed, the house was perfect for our quick weekend away to take our Grandson to see the Orioles play in Tampa. We are huge O's fans, originally from MD and he was lucky enough to play on the O's in Little League this year, so this was a big deal. We have never stayed at a house that was so turnkey, the only trip we needed to Publix was to get food. Whenever I had a question, from the moment we booked, Sandra was quick with an answer. We spent all day Saturday enjoying the pool and Steaks on the grill Saturday night. We ran out of Gas for the Grill and there was a fresh tank in the garage!! The kids loved all the pool toys. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed!!

1 Woche Entspannung nach 2 1/2 Wochen Rundreise
Für die Entspannung war diese Unterkunft genial. Das Haus ist genau so, wie es die Beschreibung vorgibt, einfach ein Traum.. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, nochmals vielen lieben Dank Sandra. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Excellent experience
We had a group of 7 girls stay for 4 days for a beach getaway! We are from MN. The home was more than we expected! The property was nice and clean including the pool area! They furnish so much more than what is listed in their description! We didnt have to worry about buying spices or coffee as it was all supplied. There was even Aloe Vera that came in hand when we all returned from our first beach day sunburned! The host even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! Communication with the host was supurb….very friendly and fast responses. Will definitely be staying again!

A Perfect Poolside Getaway!
Our recent stay at this great home was perfect! Sandy's attention to detail made all the difference, every aspect of our stay was designed for relaxation and comfort. Upon arrival, the warmth of the modern yet cozy décor welcomed us into a well maintained space. The bedrooms, with comfortable beds, provided a good night's sleep. The property's location is ideal, just a five-minute drive to the beach, easy access to sun, sand, and surf. The home itself, featuring a beautifully landscaped pergola and sun lounge chairs, created a spa-like atmosphere that was hard to leave. We appreciated the convenience of the private fenced yard for our dog Milana, which also added an extra layer of privacy and security to our stay. Also, the fact that there were no additional fees to heat the pool was a pleasant surprise and spoke volumes of the value Sandy strives to provide. We highly recommend this place, 5 out of 5!

Loved it!
Loved the pool, hot tub, garage, washer & dryer, beach chairs, 2 coolers, beach umbrellas, beach toys, full sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioners.There was also an abundance of towels and beach towels. It was close to Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass, and Madeira Beach. We had no problems! Stress free!

A Great Getaway!
This property was just as pictured in the photos. Sandra was very communicative and responsive! The outdoor area is relaxing and is perfect for kids with the pool and hot tub. The inside of the home was very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked! We had an amazing stay!

This was exactly what we wanted! The home was so clean pretty! I loved the back yard and pool area and wish I could take it home with me! Stay home or go to the close beach - whatever suits your fancy! We spent many days laying out and swimming. And the owner was great! Easy to reach and always helpful!!

Best of both worlds!
We typically rent right on the beach but we decided to forego the pricey rates on the beach and go with a more reasonable option. This house is exactly as the pictures indicate and more. Loved the spacious entertainment space. The house is stocked so well and had everything we needed. We did a lot of baking, cooking and grilling. But the backyard was wonderful. It was a little chilly in Florida while we were there so the heated pool was amazing. We continued our morning beach walks ( beach just 5-7 minutes away) and then came back and spent the afternoon in the pool. So the proof of a 5 star review is to say that you signed up for the same property next year and we did!! Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Sandy for being an incredible hostess!
