Clean, spacious close to EVERYTHING
Although we lost power for almost 24 hours the first day we had a blast at this property. The property management company was quick to respond to us! Once power was back we were good. Unit is big, clean and stocked with anything you need.

Overall great stay for the price
Pros: -Clean and spacious! -Short drive to beach and owners were kind enough to have beach chairs, towels and some sand toys for us. -We were frequently the only ones in the pool, which was a great size and also clean. -The complex is dated but the apartment is remodeled and decorated attractively. -Doordash had no trouble finding the place. ;) Cons: -Property managers required an additional agreement beyond VRBO which I had never experienced and didn't love. -King bed was WAY more firm than any of us cared for. Overall, I would recommend it! My family had an excellent time. :) Oh! And there is a bird sanctuary with a playground and trails right across the side street that my kids LOVED walking to. Co

Excellent location!
Clean unit, close to beaches! Unit is equipped with anything you could possibly need. Its a 12 minute walk to IRB 5th Ave Access. Many restaurants and shops walking distance. Loved this rental!

Cute little place
The place was nice and clean, the master bed was hard and it was hot in that one room, we enjoyed the pool and the nice neighbors, i thought we were going to be close to the beach but i went and rented a car because walking to the store and beach everyday was a little bit to much.

Family spring break
Condo fit our needs perfectly. Was a short drive to do any activities we wanted and we even walked to the beach. Took about 20 minutes but saved the hassle of parking! My children loved feeding the turtles and seeing the birds at l the Nature Preserve across the street!

Great location!
Location of property was perfect for our stay. All the beaches were within 20 minutes drive from the condo. Very quiet complex. Pool was great and right across from the unit. Could be seen from the front window. A short walk away was a nature park, with turtles and birds of prey. Nice walking path that goes out over the water. Overall nice place. Very clean.

We would stay here again!
The condo was perfect for our needs and we especially enjoyed having a heated pool. The location of the unit was perfect for driving to our favorite restaurants and activities in Clearwater Beach and St Pete. Also quick access to St Pete airport.

Everything was fine except for two things. The first was the air conditioning. The bedrooms never got really cool. The fan in the bedroom with the twin beds had no way of turning it fast enough to even feel the air from it. It was on by the wall switch when we got there at a very slow speed. Had to sleep with the bedroom door open to feel the slightest comfortable. The second item was the master bedroom bed. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood it was so hard.

Great rental
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The only item I had a slight issue with was that the bed in the main bedroom was very hard. Other than that, everything was perfect! The location is very convenient to the beaches. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy place to stay in the area.

Great value for a fantastic location
Perfect location close to stores, restaurants, the beach, and for us - family. Spacious, fully stocked, and cute beach decor. Two bathrooms were a selling point for our family since we have teenage girls. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but I know everyone has different preferences. Management was very responsive - we checked in after hours and the A/C was not working, but they had someone out within just a few hours to fix it. Overall, we had a good stay and I would stay there again!
