Entra en esta casa paradisíaca frente a la playa y navega hacia otro mundo. El Admirals Townhouse es un hallazgo raro en una sección prístina y sin aglomeraciones de la playa de Madeira. Las vistas desde la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal, los balcones dobles y el patio frente a la playa son simplemente impresionantes. Un camino privado bordeado de madera te lleva por las dunas a la playa. Estás a solo minutos de John's Pass Village y de muchos otros fantásticos restaurantes y actividades.

Esta bien equipada casa de cuatro habitaciones y tres baños frente al mar cuenta con una cama king size en la habitación principal en el piso superior, con su propio balcón privado y un amplio baño con ducha a ras de suelo y bañera independiente. El segundo dormitorio, también en el piso superior, está amueblado con dos camas individuales. Entre los dos dormitorios, hay una sala de estar / cuarto privado (con puertas) amueblada con una cama doble con un nido adicional de tamaño doble, y un televisor de pantalla plana grande (excelente lugar para los niños).

En el segundo piso, el tercer dormitorio privado está amueblado con una cama doble y se encuentra en el extremo más alejado del edificio, lejos de la sala de estar, junto a un baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo.

La cocina está totalmente actualizada y fresca con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosas encimeras de granito. La cocina está totalmente equipada con un excelente conjunto de utensilios de cocina e incluye todos los electrodomésticos pequeños que necesitarías para mantenerte satisfecho en tus vacaciones. Justo al lado del área de la cocina, tenemos una barra de bar, con dos banquetas y un área de mesa de comedor con vista a la playa y al Golfo para su disfrute de la cena por la mañana o por la noche.

El nivel inferior de la casa es el área de la sala de estar, con muchos asientos cómodos y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Para el entretenimiento, hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio central del segundo piso, y se ofrece servicio gratuito de WiFi de alta velocidad.

Solo por la parte de atrás, hay una pequeña piscina para "chapotear" (no climatizada) para refrescarse, y puede proporcionar un entretenimiento infinito y seguro para los más pequeños. Con un camino privado sobre las dunas a la playa, así como una gran cantidad de asientos al aire libre, será un desafío permanecer en el interior.

Standard beach rental
Very standard beach rental, house had musty smell that cleared out over time, seemed hot water tank was in vacation mode first day showers were cold, otherwise some disrepair but a good place to stay, unfortunately we picked a cloudy cool week to stay but were locked in. Great view of the beach, don't bring an extra car unless it is small.

Great BEACH FRONT Location, Big Open space
Location is ideal, there are amenities within walking distance, walk to John's pass on the beach from this location. Property is fairly large and open, the 4 bedrooms of good size, note the double bed in the upper level is a murphy bed (comfortable) but the sliding doors do not lend too much privacy and is the smallest bedroom. We found all things in working order and clean. Towels and bedding are good. The kitchen is well stocked. There is parking for 2 cars( 3 cars will be tight) , but note they are one in front of the other, backing out is a little tricky just due to the traffic on the roadway. Other reviews criticism about the dating of the furnishing is well documented and true, however, they are all functional but could use updating. If you’re considering this location I assume it is because you are choosing to spend time outside on the beach, the outdoor furniture is not great. There are two high tables, one on the lower deck( 4 chairs) and one outside the main floor balcony ( 2 Chairs). There are some chairs for the beach, but they are either “well used” or kind of gross. Choices for outdoor beach chair is portable folding chairs (soccer sidelines) and a couple of low end beach chairs, there are no loungers or fully reclining beach chairs, this seems to be a blind spot for a beachfront. We would consider rent again, but would 1st look for a property with better outdoor furniture.

Perfect area to stay with ocean front
The townhouse was perfect with accommodating 8 adults. Had everything we needed. I do wish the 2 splash pools were one real pool. Thats my only suggestion. The water in the splash pool was hot and not inviting. However, being able to walk right out to the ocean was amazing!

We had a great stay! The property was just as pictured, steps from the beach, which was not at all crowded. We had a small issue with an appliance and the property manager was very responsive and took care of the problem very quickly. It was so nice to be able to use the garage and all the beach supplies as well. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Great location
The house itself was great, right on the water and a short walk to Johns pass where there are a bunch of restaurants, bars and shops. I didnt give 5 stars for cleanliness only because the pool was dirty the whole stay. I contacted the company and they got back right away saying the pool guy would be out in a day or 2. He did come out but didn't clean the pool well, it was still dirty and remained that way for the rest for the rest of the trip. I never called to complained again because if thats what the pool guys says is clean then it wasnt going to get any cleaner.

Nice house on the beach
This is a great house right on the beach. It was nice to wake up and sit on the balcony overlooking the gulf. We are a family of five and had plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably. There are two things that could be fixed to make this place five stars - the dining room chairs are upholstered and had several tears and lots of staining. Those need to be fixed or replaced. We avoided using the table. Also, the rooms near the street experienced a lot of noise, even at night. It sounded like a window was open but everything was closed up. Maybe better windows would help with that? Besides those two issues, our stay was good.

Condo on Gulf Blvd Madeira Beach
The property was great, the views really beautiful. The Beach amazing. The property had everything we needed inside and great water toys, towels and chairs. My only negative is that Gulf Blvd is really noisy and busy and the driveway is small and the garage was long and narrow so it’s impossible to manipulate the 2 cars we had in the garage and driveway. Driveway too small for that and really hard to back out onto the Blvd. The small pool/ hot tub was wonderful too.

Admirals Townhouse: A Great Place to Vacation
Wonderful place to stay. Bright and cheerful. Clean. Direct beach access and small pool on property worked wonderfully with small grandkids who had varying nap times. My brother-in-law's family rented the other half of the Townhouse which made it the perfect extended family vacation!

Perfect location, dolphins everyday!!!
The house was in such a great location! A pool and beach were right outside. Our 5 and 2.5 year old especially loved the pool, and we loved that it was shaded most of the day. We seen dolphins almost everyday from the beach! The house had everything we needed including beach towels and toys, kitchen supplies and plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom balcony view was incredible! The property company was very responsive and sent someone right out right away to address one small issue. We were fortunate to not have neighbors most of our stay, but even when we did it was no bother and we couldn’t hear them when we were inside the house. Make sure to check out the Candy Kitchen across the street for ice cream and fudge, it’s so cool! Also take advantage of the freebies through Xplorie. We waited until the last day and wish we would have done it right away.

All About the Beach!
Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The inside was very clean while the outside shared space (wading pool and grilling area) could use a broom and a blower cleaning. We would have liked to have better kitchen equipment (pots, pans, knives) and an outdoor gas grill. Also suggest a printed/laminated binder of house and area information. Overall, a very nice property and a great location for a Mad Beach getaway.

My time in paradise
The condo was lovely and had a terrific view of the ocean. We grilled out most of the evenings and had a super time. Anyone would enjoy this beautiful condo. Only con is that the first floor bathroom's sink did not drain and the toliet was too low

Great property, great location, great beach
This beachfront townhouse was almost all we could ask for in a VRBO. There were a couple of areas where a little TLC could have helped, but overall, we were all VERY happy with the “Admiral’s Nest”, and plan to stay there again. The rooms were nicely furnished, and the layout was ideal for a small group to interact with each other and enjoy the beautiful setting. We really appreciated the multi-level organization. Dual zone AC was also very nice. The only negative is that the kitchen could have used an upgrade to the pots/pans & flatware. This was a minor point for us. There is a long garage that can fit two cars (we only had one). The beach has incredible, clean white sand, with warm, calm water and no crowding. The management company was very responsive to our questions (How to work the digital lock) and had a great suggestion for a birthday dinner location. I gave this location 4 stars, but I think 4.5 stars is more accurate.

Annual Family Vacation
Property location, and amenities were great as advertised and we had a wonderful vacation! Only issues were interior floors were sandy upon arrival throughout living room and kitchen area of house and outdoor charcoal grill was missing a grate. 1 text message to property management and new grate was delivered the next day so not a big issue.

Great location and property management, BUT....
The location next the beach was great and the property management was very quick to respond. It is a duplex so it depends greatly on who is staying in the other side. We never were able to use the pool as the other people were always using it and always outside on their patio. The other negatives were the beds they were all terrible. They were the worst we have ever stay on. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen as others had reported in their review. We would not stay here again due the beds and neighbors, but other than that would recommend it if that does not bother you. The beach and area was good.

Nice to have beach in your back yard! Chairs and floats under the unit were nice to have. Charcoal grill available. Bring your own trash bags- There were only a few trash bags available. Kitchen well stocked with plates, coffee cups, glasses., pots and pans. When we were missing beach towels and had trouble with the cable tv- the staff was quick to remedy the problems. Within 20 minutes. Great place and great stay. Staff very helpful.

Ultimate Beach Location
Absolute Best Beach Location. Can walk to several restaurants/bars/shops including John's Pass Village. Sleeps 6 adults. Only issue was property was not cleaned at check in. But Mike, Property Manager, was on top of it by getting cleaners in there. He was always available and very accommodating during the whole week stay.
