Bienvenido a nuestro recientemente renovado condominio de vacaciones de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado a solo unas millas de Clearwater Beach y a 25 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa. Con conveniente estacionamiento gratuito justo afuera de la puerta, extremadamente tranquilo frente al jardín interior, este alquiler está configurado para unas vacaciones de recarga.

La propiedad está ubicada en un complejo de condominios que cuenta con una hermosa piscina climatizada estilo centro turístico, área de barbacoa, sala de ejercicios 24/7, lujosa casa club. Ubicado a una corta distancia a pie de una tienda de comestibles, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y transporte público, y a 5 minutos en automóvil de Walmart las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana. El condominio está ubicado a minutos de hermosas playas galardonadas de arena blanca, el muelle 60, paseos en bote, pesca, golf y el sendero Pinellas para millas de recreación para ciclistas y peatones.

El condominio ofrece un generoso plano de planta abierto de 1100 pies cuadrados que permite dos habitaciones privadas perfectas para compartir con la familia u otra pareja. El dormitorio principal con un televisor de pantalla plana y una cama queen size, tiene acceso directo a su propio baño privado, así como a un enorme vestidor. El segundo dormitorio incluye una tercera cama doble desplegable que se usará cuando sea necesario. En la sala de estar, un sofá cama Queen (con un nuevo colchón de espuma viscoelástica) acomoda fácilmente a 2 personas; esta característica hace que el condominio sea extremadamente cómodo para una familia numerosa.

Silla alta para familias incluida y cuna disponible bajo petición. Disfruta de Internet de alta velocidad gratis, TV de pantalla plana con cable HD y reproductor de DVD. La cocina está completamente equipada con cristalería, vajilla, platos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios.

En la unidad de lavandería incluye una lavadora y secadora, tabla de planchar y plancha. Se proporcionan ropa de cama, almohadas adicionales, toallas de baño y paños de cocina, así como secador de pelo. Summer Birthdays Girls Trip
This property was perfect for our needs. It is just as pictured, very clean, and has everything you might need in the fully equipped kitchen. For a day at the beach, there’s a cooler, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. Having all of these beach necessities to use was much appreciated! The hosts communication was fantastic, Details were provided ahead of time and the hosts checked in while we were there to make sure all was well. They were very responsive the couple times we reached out during our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer, vacation was over too fast! .

We stayed for 2 weeks in February and this condo was perfect. There was plenty of room, and we had everything we needed: dishes, pots & pans, towels, everything! The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and beautiful. We felt safe and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for a long stay. Extremely clean and updated ( like yesterday). Will definitely stay again. Excellent location with everything you need very close. Very secure area and really short drive to Clearwater Beach. Owners were on top of everything. We stay through VRBO for years and this is one of the nicest.

Everything went perfectly, from the time we booked the VRBO until we left the property. Comfortable Beach Vacation
A 10-minute drive to Pier 60 and Clearwater beach. Very good location, grocery store across the street. The pool is very nice. Communication with Gabriel is excellent we had a small issue with the AC and he was very responsive and quick to help. The home has a definite beach feel which we loved. Loved the decorations. Patio is private. We would definitely stay again :)

Short stay beach trip after Disney/Universal visits
A really comfortable stay in this apartment after 10 days staying in hotels. It was home from home and had everything we could possibly need to relax and recover after a busy 10 days of theme parks in Orlando! Super comfortable king size bed with lovely en suite and dressing area in the main bedroom and the kids loved their large twin room and their own spacious bathroom. TV was great, with Netflix and Prime easy and ready to use. Private balcony with cupboard full of beach furniture and an ‘igloo’ cool box and lots of beach toys for young ones if you have them. Was all just perfect for what we needed. We headed to the beach every day and feel that a car is essential for that - Indian Rocks Beach has lots of access points - a quieter beach and 20 mins drive. Clearwater closer - just 10 min drive, but busier. Hosts were excellent. Very attentive and kept in touch regularly to make sure everything ok. We visited the pool for an hour one morning, which was pleasant and not busy. My husband also used the gym. All in all a really comfortable stay, thank you so much!

Great vacation stay
The property was great, check in was easy, the pool was fun and there were plenty of amenities. We enjoyed going to the pool and we drove to the beach a few times during the stay (about 10 minutes away). There was a grocery store across the street and we walked down the street for some yummy gyros too. The only thing we wish this place had would be a box fan but that’s just because we never sleep without one.

Home Away from Home
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is as listed. As soon as we came in, there was a fresh scent that just told us the place was clean. The property has everything you need to make yourself at home from cooking utensils to beach/pool items. Grocery stores are a very short drive away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed using the grill by the pool (we may have made a couple of people hungry while cooking lol). Communication with owners was superb before, during, and after our stay. Thank you very much; we can't wait to come back soon.
