Great location and unit
Walking distance to everything. Room was perfect for 2 of us, all the space we needed. Beds are firm but that depends on preference . Would def book again.

Clearwater Beach Stay
I enjoyed my stay, the unit was as advertised, the part about having an “ocean view”, it is a very limited view from the unit, due to all the high rise resorts. But just a two block walk, and you are on the beach. Due to this particular unit being privately owned, the property manager is not on site, but they communicated everything needed prior to check-in. I didn’t have any issues to have to contact the property manager. The a/c unit kept the unit cool enough, but clothing didn’t seem to get completely dry, and this was not the hot and humid season. I would stay at this unit again.

The room itself was just ok. Beds were hard and they squeaked very time you moved. Thought it was overpriced. Location was close to the beach. Outside was a little run down.

Girl’s Trip
Three of us stayed for a weekend getaway to run a race there at Clearwater beach. The listing is accurate and the condo had what we needed. It is a converted hotel room so it is smaller but it was fine for the three of us. My only complaint that can’t be helped by the owner is that there is only space to park one car. Additional parking if you have more than one can be somewhat costly at the beach. Would stay here again for our next trip!

Loved being so close to the beach. The beach was crowded, but we took too lovely sunset walks during our stay. The living room seating wasn't comfortable, so we watched TV from the beds, which wasn't ideal. The condo was comfy and the decor very beachy.

Great location!
We loved staying in Clearwater. This place is an amazing location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, playground, and many other things for families. No need for a car once you’re here and free parking at the hotel. We came during Hurricane Elsa and I was very worried and the communication was great as to our options and letting me call multiple times to check the weather and conditions on the island while we were making our way there. The hotel space is great, comfortable beds, the swimming pool is nice also. My only note would be that the living room window is facing the hotel outdoor hall (which is lit all night), some black out curtains (also for privacy) would have been nice. Highly recommend though and would love to stay again.

Great Place
We enjoyed our stay, but it was cut short due to our concerns about the Corona Virus pandemic. We did not get a refund for our unused days, but we were offered the opportunity to come back to use them within the next year. We appreciate that gesture. We were particularly pleased with the location directly across the street from a beach access and close to a number of great restaurants. The condo itself was cozy and clean. While there was a small kitchenette, it is not adequate for full meal prep. We'll be back. :-)

7 days in Clearwater
The unit was nice, updated, and located at south end of beach. Easy access, and quiet. Most other units are managed by a different company and the place operates more like a motel. Limited cupboards and closet space make it more suitable for 2 or 3 people, especially if staying for a full week. Owner was very nice and local mgmt team were helpful.

Exactly what it was supposed to be
Over our time there, both the mechanical door lock and the AC went out IN THE SAME DAY. However, one short phone call got them both fixed nearly immediately. She was never condescending or rude in any way, nor did she blame us for either malfunctions. The only thing I can say about the condo that wasn't amazing was the fact that you get NO HOUSEKEEPING at all during the stay. There are plenty of towels and washclothes available during your visit, but if you run out, you better get to washing! There is a nice little vacuum cleaner that we made frequent use of as well, since my kids like to bring half of the sand back from the beach! All in all it was a great location and an amazing stay. Clearwater Beach, however, is CROWDED AS HECK. Next time, I think we will stay to the south in a little area called Treasure Island. We went there once and it was beautiful and laid back.

Great renovated condo and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this new renovated suite in Clearwater Beach. The location was perfect across from the beach and within walking distance to all of our favorite places! The condo was super clean & fresh. Easy electronic keypad and instructions for check in and check out. Cleaning person arrived promptly at 11am on day of check out! Great place to stay and will return again in the near future!
