Great winter escape
This condo was perfectly accommodating for 5 adults and 2 teens! The bay view is so peaceful and it’s just a short walk to the beach! We loved how walkable Clearwater Beach is! You don’t even need a car. There are a few beach chairs but we rented them most days in front of the Opal. So many great restaurants within a short walk from the condo! We would visit again and recommend this spot!

Thanksgiving Break
We had a great time staying at Dockside condos. This was our second time here different unit this time. The condo itself was great. Very clean and spacious. My only complaint is all the construction noise going on around the condo building. It started at 630am and went on all day. Between the new hotel they are building and the hurricane repairs it was very noisy.

Great location and perfect for family
Loved sitting on balcony watching birds and even a dolfin. Tub drain was stuck and needed to be manually opened at the end of shower. Very nice layout.

The condo was just as it was presented in the pictures. We loved the 2 balconies both with a different view. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable. Loved that you had blow dryers, mirrors, etc. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was waking up to construction every morning but we are early birds and survived. And…. Close walk to the beach.

Close to Beach
We stayed the last three weeks of January. Everything was clean upon arrival. It is a three block walk to a white sand beach that was very busy even on relatively cool days. The beach wagon was broke so we had to have it replaced along with coffee maker and batteries for various items but the company was friendly and quick to respond. There is a private balcony with two chairs overlooking the very busy main road so we never sat out there. The balcony toward the canal is not private. It is shared with four other units. It says heated pool but it was cold. We never saw anyone go in. The "starter" pack of toiletries was very disappointing in the lack of anything of quality. Two squirts of dish soap and a few squirts of hand soap in the bathrooms. The smallest rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Not even salt, pepper or one coffee pod. There was no way to clean anything. The broom was hard plastic and worn out. The vacuum cleaner was "full" and in awful condition. The mop bucket was cheap and impossible to use. We decided to just live with all the sand on the floor. I don't think I would stay here again. The company is pleasant to work with but this condo was so cheaply appointed. They could easily take $50 from one day's rental and buy some quality supplies.

Amazing place to stay!
The location was perfect, walking distance from the north and south side of the main strip! Ample and easy parking! The decor was beautiful! 3 perfect size bedrooms and 2 baths made it perfect for my family of 7! Washer and dryer, full kitchen and dinner table that seats 8! PERFECT! Balconly off one of the main room that faces the strip, and a balconly that overlooks the water and dock! Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location beautiful layout. Was surface clean very well. Nice appliances. Floors were very dirty and dusty along with base boards in bedrooms and furnace closest next to washer is very dusty and dirty and needs through cleaning. Under beds need to be dusted floors have a lot of dust bunnies otherwise was very satisfied

Pleasantly Surprised!
We loved our stay here! Everything you need for a relaxibg and comfortable stay. 2 bedrooms (king beds) and a bathroom with shower on one side, with 3rd bedroom (2 Queens) and bathroom with tub on the other. All rooms had a TV in addition to the living room. Very easy, contactless check in and check out. Beautifully decorated. Has all of the pots, pans, utensils, plates/bowls, cookie sheets, even a crock pot needed for cooking for a family to save money. Walmart delivers too! There were a ton of bath towels, 2 hair dryers, 2 lighted magnifying mirrors...extra pillows. Interestingly though...no extra sheets (also- bring your own laundry detergent). 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher tabs are provided (we brought a couple extra of each from home as well). Theres only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom- again- we brought a couple if extras with us. There's a few beach towels there, a beach wagon, 4 chairs, a medium size hard sided cooler and small soft sided cooler. There a beach umbrella- but it needs replacing so don't plan on using that. There's a iron and ironing board too. The condo is about a block from the main drag that runs along the beach- but about 2-3 blocks from the public beach access points. You can rent chairs/cabanas for the day for $45 if you prefer that set up. All in all...we loved our stay here and highly recommend it to others. In fact, i belong to a Clearwater FB group abd have already recommended it 3 times since returning on Sept 2nd!

Not what we expected
Feeling like we got a little duped with this one. When we arrived there was trash in the kitchen and one of the beds had hair and sand in it. When we called the property manager she was rather short and downright rude asking what we wanted her to do about it. The cleaning people did end up stopping up and explained the sheets were washed but that the blankets don’t get washed which is where the sand would have come from. Honestly just gross. We spent our first night there waiting on laundry after we went out and bought detergent to wash the bedding. Our feet were black from walking on the floors, one of the bathrooms was filthy and the toilet didn’t work properly and the other was extremely small and only a shower so not ideal for use with an infant. Overall this one really missed the mark and we would not recommend.
