can not contact owners
could not get into garage where all the toys are. Called management, they did not get it fixed until the last day. USELESS. Wil not use VRBO again unless I can contact the owners

Sisters trip
It was very clean, but our sheets and pillow cases had black marks on them. Our door handle on the glass door broke on Tuesday. It fell completely apart on Wednesday and we had to have the pieces with us if we were inside and outside when we left so that we would not get locked in or out. I called Wednesday and Thursday but no one called me back or cane to fix it. The last person to use this unit did not get their trash out of the tall cart and did not clean out the sand. Since there was not a water hose anywhere outside it was hard to get the sand oot if the beach wagon. I sweated it out and got out as much as possible. We loved the unit and the location. I was not happy that I was not able to speak with the owners of this unit.

Great location and amenities
Location, garage items, bedrooms and condo were great. Check in process was easy. Beach was beautiful and restaurants and other activities were close. Our only feedback would be the tile needs a good scrub down. Floor was turning our feet black even on the first night before we went to the beach.

Beautiful View
We loved this property. The sunsets are magnificent. Very comfortable condo with views for miles. Beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was perfect. I would’ve loved to stay longer.

Cleanest vrbo I've been in.
The place was perfect, very well firnished. Impeccably clean. The beach items provide really made the stay top notch. Vacasa managed and they were super easy to work with.

Overall nice property. Showing wear on doors, floors, etc. Glass door needs a foam pad so it does not slam shut. Kitchen faucet fell off multiple times, needs replaced. Great location

Amazing and relaxing
The place overall was very clean, and had an abundance of space. The garage had everything you could ever want to enjoy the beach, and the beach is right outside your doors. Very close to lots of shopping, entertainment and dining. Just a few minutes to Clearwater beach and about 25 minutes to the airport. Also can’t forget the amazing views from the private balcony. Even saw a few dolphins swim by.

The Location and Condo was nice, but bathrooms could be updated. The first bedroom on the left when you enter the property had sand in the bed sheets, so we washed them. I would have a property manager periodically walk through to fix minor issues such as light bulbs that are burnt out. I don’t want to be overly critical because we were satisfied. I hope this helps you in the future.

Great place for families
The condo was as beautiful as the pictures! We were right on the beach and the views were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, several different drinking glasses and a blender! We did have to contact the property mgr to get codes to the beach access gate and the garage door, but they responded promptly. It just would have been nice to get that info upfront. We had a wonderful vacation and the condo did not disappoint!

Great stay in Indian Shores
We loved this property for us and our two young children. The location right on the beach was key for us for ease of access and also a fantastic view to enjoy while the baby napped. Pool was great for our older child and heated. All beds quite comfy, and with blackout curtains in all rooms, everyone slept soundly! Kitchen fully equipped and we did a lot of cooking while here. Property managers are slow to answer texts but eventually got back to us. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the property. Not, Vacasa's ( mgmt co) response to complaint(s).
The property itself was lovely & met all our needs. Vacasa, their management company, is a mixed bag. I asked them 3 times if we could check in early and never got a response.? We let them know when we were checking out. We communicate ! They took care of a damage front glass door mechanism we found on arrival, w/ prompting. A few days before we checked out we let them know the hallway shower handle did not work and asked for a discount since they couldn't fix it on Saturday and we were checking out Monday. That request was denied only after multiple calls after we got Monday. Great property and likely great owners but the management company is a mixed bag.

We had such an amazing time - it was clean, well-stocked for 8 people, comfortable, convenient. Everything you’d hope for in a VRBO. Beach chairs and umbrellas was a bonus! We would absolutely rent here again!
