We were in St Pete for work for 6 weeks and loved our stay. The apartment looks very recently renovated and has everything you need and more. The kitchen has plenty of utsensils, pots, pans, and everything else you might need. There were also lots of towels, tissues, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. It was really a home away from home.
Nothing is ever perfect, so there are two points I would like to mention. From the description and the pictures it wasn’t clear (to me) that the apartment is on the second floor. It wouldn’t have changed my decision to rent it, but it seemed a strange omission. Also, the location is right next to the I275 overpass. Soundproofing is good, so noise was not an issue, but every time a heavy vehicle passes (which happens quite often) the building trembles. Every now and then that got on my nerves a bit.
Other than that, the neighbourhood is great. It is on the edge of downtown, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars all up and down Central Ave. Really loved the vibe of this part of St Pete!
