The place was small but clean. Location was good. We were told the beach was useable but it wasn’t, due to rebuilding after the storm. We would recommend for a small family.

Beautiful Beach
Sandy Feet is just as described, small 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for a couple, kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals. Balcony is small, but right on the beach to enjoy the scenery and gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive. Absolutely loved Sandy Feet, we'll definitely be back.

Exactly As described
The Property is Exactly as described. It was Easy to get to in a quiet area. The view was amazing. Very comfortable space for 2 people. The beach is right there and easy to get to. We both had work to do every morning and WOW what a view while working and eating breakfast before starting our day. This one is on my very short list of places to stay at again. If it ever goes up for sale I might own this beach vacation property.

Our stay at this property was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. This cozy unit lies a stone's throw from the beach and water. It is immaculate and very comfortable. We will gladly book it again in the future.

Beautiful views from this lovely, nicely decorated and very clean unit. It is cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay which included using the pool and walking on the beach. All in all, very nice stay and we would return!

Loved proximity to the ocean!
As we traveled from Ontario, via airplane, we really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and foam coolers provided in our unit. We requested early check in and they were able to accommodate. All via email communication! Very responsive. We would come back!

A perfectly beautiful & quiet stay!
Beautifully decorated & very clean rental with an unbeatable view! It is so pleasant to watch the waves, dolphins, boats, & shell-hunting walkers (lots of pretty shells to find on Belleair Beach) from our balcony. The beach is very easily accessible. Parking is close. Restaurants are nearby--the Columbia restaurant is just down the road & has excellent food & service. The neighborhood is lovely & quiet -- a perfect antedote after spending two days at a theme park. Everything in the apartment is in good working order. The only suggestions I have are to add more lighting to the kitchen/dining area & perhaps a small foldable wheeled kitchen island. Belleair is a small 3-story resort (with an elevator) which is helpful for luggage. We much prefer this to a massive 20-story mega resort & none of those are nearby, thankfully. Its more of a residential neighborhood. We stayed on the 2nd floor & heard no noise from the rooms above, below or beside us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We LOVED it (but, shhhh, let's keep this just between us).

Better than a hotel room, but not much. Almost clean and almost enough room to turn around without bumping into a wall or furniture, Linens, towels and paper products were “cheap”. We bought our own after the first day. Location and check in were excellent, but the experience deteriorated from there. Wide angle photos in the listing were deceiving. Limited and controlled thermostat only added to the discontent.

Perfect location & beautiful views!
This condo was super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was a perfect size for me and my daughter. The balcony is ocean front and you can hear the waves all day long. Nice quiet beach and not crowded. Condo had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Convenient to have elevator plus there are washer/dryers on the 3rd floor. It’s only about a 5 minute drive to Indian rocks beach or Clearwater beach.

Great little spot!
211 BBC was cute! Smaller complex, easy to get in and out of the lot. The unit is small but was big enough for the two of us to work a little each day. Had everything we needed for a week. Microwave, drip coffee pot, full-sized fridge, and a small table with a beautiful view. We do breakfast/lunch in the unit every day and dinner out, so we did not cook full meals. We didn't have great weather so did not use the pool but the complex is clean and looked after. Dunes were being repaired after the hurricane but paths were established to get to the beach. Gulf Blvd. is a great location for long walks every morning. Very pedestrian safe and you'll meet nice folks on the journey! Great communication with owners as we were welcome to check in a few hours early after a flight mishap. You can't miss with this one!

This was a wonderful weekend getaway for my husband and I. Perfectly located, with beautful views. Very easy to communicate with property manager! Would highly reccomend staying at this property.
