Nuestra muy amplia condominio cuarto piso tiene un juego de sala de cuero recién amueblado, 55 "pantalla plana de televisión inteligente,
pisos completamente de baldosas, dos dormitorios / dormitorio principal tiene 2 camas tamaño queen y segundo dormitorio con 1 cama de matrimonio, televisión de pantalla plana en cada habitación, nuevos azulejos y vidrio baños, cocina recién remodelada, totalmente equipada, comedor y balcón con vista a el golfo de México. Hay un gran Jacuzzi y piscina en la planta baja.



BR Servicios B: / B BR jacuzzi y piscina, aire acondicionado, 2 teléfonos, contestador automático, 2 TV, VCR, reproductor de DVD, cafetera, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera w / máquina de hielo, lavadora y secadora se encuentran en el misma planta, parrilla, juego de tejo y bochas. Ropa de cama y toallas están amuebladas. Alquiler paraguas / cabaña situada en la playa en frente del condominio.

Diez minutos a pie de la famosa aldea de pase de John, restaurantes, parasailing, jet ski, pesca de altura, Casino Cruises, etc. No Fumadores favor y no se permiten mascotas.

Beautiful Beach Stay!
This was our second time staying in this unit at the Seabreeze. We love the location of Seabreeze and the owners of this property are great. We had a slight issue with a bathtub drain and they sent a plumber right out. The condo is well stocked and beds are comfy. Thanks for another great stay!

Great stay on the beach
Had a few issues with cleanliness due to prior guests leaving the beach chairs etc full of sand, the fridge and balcony were not cleaned either. Once we dealt with that the stay was great. The condo is very nice on the beach with wonderful ocean views and in a great location. Walked to Johns Pass, drove to Clearwater which is half hour away and St Pete’s. Collected an abundance of seashells. Carolyn responded to all our concerns.

Another Great Stay
The only thing I could say about our stay is, it was great overall. We were kind of shocked to find out the "master bedroom" was the room we had planned to put the kids, (since there were 2 queen beds) but it didn't effect our stay really at all.

Good time just a few details would make the unit nicer.
Need new shower head in master bath (sprays all over room looks like the head should have been replaced years ago), black colored mold on glass block shower wall grout and filth on floor grout outside master bathroom shower (cleans off easy since I wiped it off myself). The bathtub shower drain doesn’t drain (needs to be snaked). Whoever cleans this unit doesn’t do a very good job. The kitchen appliances were nice and new.

Great Location!
Great location, close to John's Pass and many restaurants; condo was clean; could have used a few more bath towels; great water pressure in bathrooms; beds were comfortable; could use end tables next to the beds (especially if you have more than one CPAP machine). Overall, great experience.

Excellent beachfront Location, short walk to Johns Pass with all its shops and restaurants. The condo has all that one needs for a vacation and Sea Breeze is on a stretch of the beach which is not over busy. Carolyn the owner is easy to deal with and very prompt when responding to any questions. Once again a great holiday.

Sea Breeze for the win!
407 is a amazing 4star unit that won’t disappoint! The beds are really comfy and the furnishings are just as you see, lovely leather sofas with plenty of room for 6. The unit has everything you will need to cook full family style meals. Carolyn the owner responded very quickly to a couple issues I had and all was resolved! Check in was seemless. Carolyn sent a check in package well ahead of our trip which was very helpful! I do have to give credit to Scott the maintenance man who was very helpful and friendly! The grounds of the condo are kept extremely clean! We have already booked for next year:)

Great view and location
This property had great views and access of the gulf for the price listed. There were a bunch of codes for almost every door and the elevator but by the third day we figured it all out. Laundry facility was very clean. The condo was nice but needs a deep clean and mattress’s and pillows update. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. The owner was also quick to respond to concerns.

Wonderful getaway

Refreshed and Happy Beach Lovers
The view of the Gulf of Mexico from this unit was breathtaking from the moment I opened the door, straight through a beautifully appointed living area right to the ocean front balcony. The master bedroom has two huge ocean view windows The unit was clean an the beds were comfortable. I would have welcomed a few more bath towels for the weeks stay and adding beach towels would be as plus. Overall great vacation in a relaxing location on the beach with a relaxed vibe. The beach and pool areas were clean and well maintained.

The condo was beautiful. Great balcony, pool & beach. But then the elevator broke and wasn’t fixed until the next afternoon. The tub in the hallway bathroom wouldn’t drain & when taking a 5 minute shower had to stand in ankle deep water. Lamp by living room couch didn’t work. Light bulb blew out in small bedroom so had to move bulbs around. One bed in the double room had a broken bed.
