Bienvenido a Vistas en el Golfo.

UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN !!!

Construido en 2003, este complejo de apartamentos se encuentra justo en las arenas del Golfo de México. ¡No arrastres todas tus cosas por la calle, quédate en la playa! Pase sus días relajándose bajo el sol tumbado en nuestras arenas blancas azucaradas o nadando en nuestra hermosa piscina frente al mar.

Somos nuevos propietarios y acabamos de terminar de redecorar por completo el condominio con un tema de playa fresco y una decoración fiel al área de la playa del Golfo. El condominio está configurado para dormir 6-7 personas cómodamente y tiene todas las comodidades del hogar.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size, tocador completo, armario, televisión de pantalla plana y baño privado con bañera / ducha y un gran tocador. El dormitorio principal también tiene acceso al balcón.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble en litera completa y también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. El segundo baño también tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera y está al lado del segundo dormitorio con acceso desde la sala de estar / cocina.
El salón cuenta con todos los muebles nuevos, incluido un nuevo sofá cama Queen Sealy y un televisor de pantalla plana.
WIFI y cable básico también se proporcionan.
La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar. También hay un lavavajillas.
Hay una lavadora / secadora apilables en la unidad para su conveniencia.
También proporcionamos muchos juguetes y sillas de playa, así como una cuna de viaje.

El balcón está orientado al sur y tiene vistas a la piscina y a la playa. Si tiene hijos mayores, podrá verlos desde el balcón. También hay una mesa en el balcón para las comidas.
Tenemos un lugar de estacionamiento reservado debajo del edificio.

Esta ubicación en St. Pete Beach es increíble, estamos a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, bares de playa, tiendas, Pass A Grille, hotel Don Cesar y mucho más. ¡Puedes pasar unos días aquí o meses aquí explorando el área!

Great location

The location is fantastic, the unit is outdated. It needs a serious facelift. Hot water in hall shower does not work. The hall sink faucets were extremely tight to turn although hot water worked in it. Toaster did not work. Hair on shower tile in master bath. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were overly soft and uncomfortable. Dingy is the best description overall. It could use a deep clean. The beach is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice. There are carts to use to get your stuff up and down which is nice. Lots of restraunts nearby. Checkin and out was easy breezy. Lauren is supper nice and very responsive.

Family Vacation May 2025

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. We have two boys. One who loves the beach and the other loves the pool. So we were able to split our time to enjoy both. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is very clean and everything that you need is there. Shopping for groceries was very close by. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday! Our boys absolutely love staying here and when we showed them that we had booked the same EXACT condo as a few years before they were so excited. This is always be our go to if available for our dates of travel. The beach is clean and not very populated which we love since we have children. We found so many beautiful whole seashells and my oldest son actually found a perfect sand dollar! The sunset is gorgeous and the walk on the beach at sunset was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will be booking again.

We had an amazing week!

We were here with our 2 high school seniors for my son’s varsity baseball senior trip! The condo is perfectly located and exactly how described. Lauren was very responsive when I had questions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Family vacation

Very happy with this location. It fit my family comfortably, I loved having a kitchen to make food for the family to cut cost of eating out. The kids loved the pool and “treasure” hunting on the beach. We took advantage of the freebie to take us around town. The owner checked in on us to make sure check in went smooth and to see if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! Needs major update and cleaning.

This is our second time at this condo. The owner is sweet, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating! THE LOCATION IS AMAZING!! The property itself is well-maintained and clean. We loved the beach items (especially the chairs). The first time we stayed in this unit (about 5 years ago) we LOVED it! Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay as much this trip. The unit we stayed in is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, and overall update of EVERYTHING. Our linens (especially those for the pull-out bed) were extremely dusty and old. There was a lack of pillowcases throughout. The mattress on the pull-out couch is completely worn out. The pillows provided were old and flat. Several outlets do not hold plugs. The carpet in the bedroom is worn, buckling, and extremely dirty. We were surprised that nothing had been updated at all. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this unit.

Everything you want & need!

Such a great location, walked to several places. Beach was calm & in a quiet spot. The condo itself had everything you could think of and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, even aloe Vera in the bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked with pots & utensils. A few more spices & some oil olive would’ve been nice. The beds & the couch are super comfy. I’d totally stay again!

Great place and great location

Another amazing family vaca starting with the condo!!!!

This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and. 2nd time in this same unit. We loved it the last time we stayed and loved it again. The condo was perfect for our needs! We will be back!
