This property was perfect! Heated pool, the fifth floor view and bar is amazing, staff was very friendly and accommodating! Always greeting us when arriving or going out. It was a little bit of a walk to the restaurants and shopping. But well worth it!

Beautiful and perfect
After our orginal vacation got cut short because of a hurricane, the only flight to the states took us to Tampa. With less than 24hours to find a place we struck gold finding this! Beautiful, clean, on the beach, places to eat within walking distance, beach chairs and umbrellas available for free. This place was a gem and saved our vacation. Everything was amazing. The roof top pool and bar were perfect to see fireworks on the fourth. The folks working there were so kind. Plus the. 24-7 coffee/tea and coco. This was a great place and I would highly recommend it.

Tampa Trip
Would have been nice to have a chair in the larger bedroom. Also, the shag rug in the living area needs to go. It was folded up on one corner and both myself (age 74) and 3 yr old grandchild both tripped on it. It is a liability and needs to be replaced. We had to put a kitchen counter stool on it to keep it down. Otherwise it was very spacious and very clean.

Loved it and would stay again!
I thought the location and floor plan of this condo was perfect! It was a girls trip so we both had our own in suite bathrooms and we were on opposite sides so we felt like we weren’t disturbing the other one as we both went to bed and woke up at different times. Kitchen was perfect, had everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will agree the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable but we didn’t sit out there much. Property employees were very nice and helpful. Loved having the chairs and umbrellas. Close walk to a ton of restaurants, ice cream, shops, bars, etc. I loved this condo and highly recommend!

Spring break
This unit is handicapped so a little strange and the shower pooled water on the floor. There are also no views from this unit. But the kitchen was exactly what we needed. The rooms were as expected but the beds and pillows were awful. We loved the location from the pier and the beach was great. The pool is much smaller than anticipated but was warm. The biggest downfall for us was the timing on the gym. With two kids 9am is way too late, we ended up paying to use another gym. We love Clearwater but will likely look at another place for next time.

Early Spring Stay
Loved the location and proximity to beach, bars and restaurants. Everything we needed was there. Felt like we were at home. Make sure you take an Uber ride over the bridge for some of the. Est seafood around at Backwaters. Loved the fifth floor rooftop bar and the salt water swimming oool. We will definitely be back! J

Beautiful, clean and great location
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well kept. The complaints that I had was that the beds were extremely firm. I like a firm bed, but these were EXTREMELY firm. Master bathroom had hardly any counter space. Living room furniture chairs were good, but couch was very uncomfortable. But overall the stay was very nice. Didn't spend alot of time in the room.

We really enjoyed our time at the Avalon Club! Such a beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach at Clearwater!!! Pool was warm! It was nice they had a gym! Rooftop bar was nice!!!! Our unit was very clean, minimalist furnishings, great space! All the staff was so friendly and very helpful! Would stay again….and again….

Fantastic place. Clean and bright, great helpful staff at front desk. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Beautiful sunsets from the roof top bar! Close enough to great eating spots and the beach, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle. I would stay here again!

This property is immaculate and spacious. Really loved it. Only negative…the gym doesn’t open until 0900 in the morning and I am a gym fanatic who is up very early. Maybe change the gym hours.

Quick trip to the beach
We had a quick trip to Clearwater because we were in Tampa for a sporting event and then spent a couple of nights and a day on the beach. There were 2 couples in our party and the 2 room, 2.5 bath was perfect. We were right on the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for us. The pool deck and pool bar were great for relaxing and watching the sunset. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
