Clean. Debbie, one of the property managers, was awesome in accommodating us after Hurricane Helene flooded our condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The room was clean and spacious.

Not very impressed
The location was okay. The water park wasn’t as great as it appears in photos. Saw cockroaches on the premises, weird bug kept biting me in the apartment and I would wake up with welts. The toilet kept running and management sent someone over to fix it but it continued to run. It’s unfortunate because the management was very nice but just not overall impressed with the establishment.

Short 4th of July stay
This place is a great condo for a family stay. It sleeps up to 10 which my family of 6 appreciated being able to spread out a bit after spending a few nights in a cramped hotel in Orlando. The beach is a quick walk so it’s easy to go back and forth. The water park area is nice although my kids didn’t spend a ton of time there. Everything with check in was communicated well and we had no problems with that. The condo was very clean. Management responded quickly to help us when we realized we locked ourselves out without the key on our last evening. Oops! Easily walk to a few restaurants and a cvs and beach shop. They provide beach towels and some beach items which I really appreciated.

Great family experience!
Wonderful property and communicative owner. The place was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Location was great as well; close to the beach and shops. The on site waterpark was fun for the kids. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo and awesome fun location
Very nice for families. The closeness to the water park was perfect. The beach was just a two block walk. Forgot anything there is a CVS right there. Great time watching boats come it while sitting on the deck. The condo offered so much fun for small kids and i highly recomend this property.

Fun Family Trip
We had a great time at this place. Such an awesome location for our family. The kids loved the water park in the front and the adults loved the water front view from the balcony out back. Def can’t wait to go back.

Great Location
Overall a great stay! Unit was clean, comfortable and less than a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Getting to the unit the first time wasn’t totally clear and the bathtub and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. However, both were fixed in less than 24 hours. Thanks for a nice stay!

Maintenance issues
We had several maintenance issues. We were unable to regulate the temperature we ended up turning AC off. Room was cold! Lights in the bathroom went off. Messaged property management no one got back to me until we already had checked out. Sofa bed was dirty like someone urinated on it. Check in and check out times were not convenient. The view with the marina and balcony was nice. Overall not worth it for the price!

Nice place for families with children
We enjoyed the location and would recommend for small families. We had 8 in our group which made the water park difficult as we did have to pay each day for 4 of our party. Would be nice if the pool could be used free of charge. The place itself was stocked nicely. The balcony view was great and relaxing to sit at night. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens for everyone. The walk to the beach is very convenient and takes only about 5 minutes. The condo is as advertised and we would stay again.

Great location!
The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the basic supplies. We enjoyed our stay! And the kids loved the water park. We were minutes from the beach and restaurants. Clearwater beach is just a 15 minute drive!

End of summer get-a-way
Family all had a great time. It was perfect for what we needed except the AC barely works. Front room was way too hot and we had to run the extra fan the entire time. My son even slept on the floor in his underwear just to cool down some. Power in front bathroom kept going out so we had to mess with breaker several times. Ac is way outdated and not big enough for unit. Other than that, it was great.

Great Visit
We had a great stay! The condo was equipped with everything we needed including a high chair and pack and play for our infant. The waterpark was awesome and my 5 year old had a blast. Great short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants close by! The dryer was a little iffy in that it would stop after a few minutes on regular cycle, so worked best on timed dry. Also my husband said one of the front burners on the stove didn't work great either. But overall very minor things! We had a great week and will be back!

Would not return but overall not bad!
We had an unfortunate experience, when we arrived and opened the pack and play for our child, there was a cockroach crawling around inside. It was a Friday evening so it took a few hours to get a hold of the property manager but they did end up allowing us to go out and buy a new pack and play and refunded the cost. It was just a hassle and made us nervous for the rest of the week as we were traveling with 3 young children! Otherwise the condo was nice and about 2 blocks from the beach! The water park / pool was very busy, there were no seats available within the first hour of opening, we were there on a holiday weekend so I am not sure if it’s always that busy. Overall we would not return or recommend this to friends due to the bugs in the condo and the crowds where we could not utilize the facilities!
