Went to visit my daughter and grandchildren, and it was perfect as we enjoyed the day by the pool and took the advice of our host and had a wonderful dinner at Locals restaurant. Stacy was the perfect host and very easy to communicate with. Yes, I will definitely return return to Kai Cottage for my return visits”

“Property was on a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as shown in the listing. We caught blue crab in the dock and enjoyed the sight seeing. Driftwood beach on Jekyll Island was a must see. We also visited the lighthouse and the pier on St. Simon Island. We caught around 9 blue crab off the dock using chicken neck for bait. “Great house right on the beach. It has been nicely remodeled. Very spacious, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Great for 3 families to stay and each have their own "space". Plan to return here.”

“The house is great. Kitschy decor with high quality kitchen pans, knives etc (which is not always our experience in a rental). Beds and bedding were also very nice. House overall was clean but floors weren’t as clean as you may keep your own home (we just wore our shoes/socks). Our mistake was renting in May, as the house pool was too cold and doesn’t have a pool heater. The community pool and ocean were nice temps.”
