Fantastic stay for 2 families

Wonderful house with amazing outdoor space. Short walk to the resort area. Diving around the island was excellent.

Fantastic property. Bad Management Company

Fantastic vacation spot with close proximity to world class shore diving, and beach opportunities. Nice town for shopping.Sunset house has a beautiful ocean front location with plenty of room for our large group. Pool professionally maintained and perfect temperature for both cooling down and relaxation. Nice very functional kitchen. Unfortunately, Noom, the property management company is not good.There was no hot water in the main bedroom for entire 2 weeks. A first repair person arrived 2 days after we first called and didn’t have correct key. A second repair person next day was able to get water barely lukewarm. No response from Noom on the problem after that. Simply ignored.Smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. Called Noom and they asked where the detector was located so it could be fixed. Never heard from then again, so we checked the other rooms. A couple of rooms had a functional detector, several had none, and several had non-functional detectors without batteries. Not sure what the laws are in Curacao but why have them if they don’t work?Several of the cutting boards were actually moldy when we arrived.In Curacao renters generally pay extra for water and electricity use. Two weeks after departure, still no word from Noom, so we sent an email requesting the bill. Noom replied that they would send it early the next week. Nothing then happened for 6 weeks, when we finally received a statement.Bottom line: Fantastic property poorly managed.

overall beautiful and as advertised, but too hot and buggy

We stayed in early December for our first visit to Curaçao. The home is just as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and with a beautiful pool. It's a very quiet setting, with resort restaurants just a short drive away. The amenities matched the listing, and NOOM welcomed us at check-in.There were, however, a few challenges during our stay. As noted in the listing, AC is limited to the bedrooms, and the house stays warm at night due to roof tile heat retention. While the breeze helped during the day, when it died down, we experienced quite a few bug bites—mosquito repellent is a must. The nets over the beds are definitely functional, not decorative.The home had an app for information, but we would have appreciated a printed instruction book. Also, the hot water was lukewarm at best—possibly due to a vacation mode setting. Lastly, we had an issue with the water usage charge. Despite submitting photos of the meter, we were significantly overcharged. After some back-and-forth, we did receive a partial refund.Overall, while there were things we enjoyed, the stay was more rustic than expected. We likely wouldn’t return, and would be cautious with properties managed by NOOM in the future.

Beautiful home with beautiful view!

We stayed as a group of 7 for 8 nights, and had the best time. We spent a lot more time at the house that we had planned because the house itself had so much to do. Pictures do not do the house or its view justice. Sunsets from the outside area were amazing, and it had many options for outdoor seating, which is perfect for a large group. There is only AC in the bedrooms, so it was a bit warm in the central parts of the house, but leaving the doors open to let the ocean breeze in helped a lot. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking, and is plenty big enough for if you were to book a private chef. We used Robin Housen and he was great!! Book him prior to coming to Curaçao. The house is located in a gated neighborhood that has a resort, we ate there a few times, snorkeled, and scuba dove there. It was very nice to have a place to go do during our less busy days, and had crystal clear waters. I definitely recommend staying here if you plan on coming with a group ranging from 6-12!!

What a wonderful place

For us we had our family of 4 and another family of 4. Adults with teenagers and college kids so it was a mix. The Villa is exactly what is pictured and described and more. Both families rented cars from the airport and the drive was about 20 minutes to Villa. The Villa is in a gated community so feeling safe was the first impression which is important when this is the first time visiting Curaçao. The house had everything you needed and really the only thing you need to get use to is to turn off the AC units in each room during the day as we had to pay for electricity. The kitchen is huge and we spent all of our time in the kitchen, the pool area so that was great. Location of all the markets for shopping are driving distance so again a car is recommended for your stay. The Villa is within a resort community so you had access to the resort beach and dining which was very nice. The location of the Villa allowed us to drive North and South to anywhere and we did just that. Being here 9 nights, we really enjoyed ourselves and the experience would not have been without the GREAT accommodations. Everyone in the group would love to come back and again great place to stay!!!!!!

Beautiful week at a beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 25 Coral Estate - the house is very accurately reflected in the pictures - the view is remarkable from the pool area and it's a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is well stocked and the house has basically everything you need to be comfortable. The location is a bit out of town, so a car rental is strongly encouraged. Questions that we had were readily answered and when we highlighted some minor maintenance issues at the end of our stay (nothing that interrupted our stay), the property managers were gracious and appreciative of the information. Thank you for a great week - we have no hesitation in recommending the property - we're already missing it!
