Friends Trip to the Historic District St. Charles
Location was great! Quiet neighborhood just off of I-70. The house was decorated for Christmas and made us feel truly at home. Love, loved the Christmas tree. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Stay in St Charles-St Louis
Our stay at your property was good. We really appreciated the message from host, that the property was ready to check-in whenever we arrived in St Charles. It was truly helpful to be able to take our luggage to the home early, get that settled and head into St Louis area for our first day! The home felt cozy and all the bed's slept great! I do want to address why I could not give a 5-star on certain categories of this survey. It is due to the kitchen area really needs a good cleaning in certain area's. 1.Toaster Oven on the countertop. There was a Large buildup of old crumbs and food pieces in it. We could/did not use it! 2. The oven in the Range/Stove also needs to be cleaned. Maybe those that are being paid per the cleaning fee that is charged, could set automatic oven cleaning while they are there cleaning the rest of the home. Check Microwave also, had a problem with the power staying on it, the last day we were there. Top of range worked perfect, we used it each day. However, with those item's regarding kitchen being stated, the rest of our stay in the home was very comfortable and cozy!! Thank you, we would use VRBO again!

The house is smaller than what I had expected. It also could use a deep cleaning. I didn’t bother mentioning to the host it needed a deep cleaning. As I was in town for surgery. I had other things to attend too. The host was easy to communicate with.

Just an amazing place to stay. We spent the weekend riding our motorcycle and it was such a relief to come back to the house and be COMFORTABLE. The location is perfect, lots to do, lots of eateries. BOOK IT...ITS CLEAN, SAFE, PERFECT

Great location and property
Overall, this was a very nice stay. The property manager was responsive to messages and went above and beyond to help us with scheduling and was willing to answer any questions. The house was quite well equipped. The outside grill and seating area was comfortable and spacious. There is a decent sized backyard. We traveled to the area for some appointments and fun. We felt that the house was located quite centrally to local hospitals/clinics and sites. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Thanksgiving stay
We had a lovely stay in this St. Charles house. It was easy to find, and easy to navigate to the highway to get to St. Louis, and side roads to get to historic St. Charles, and many grocery stores, and despite all of this the neighborhood was quiet. We had a family Thanksgiving meal here and were able to cook a feast in the kitchen. Hidden gem of a backyard- I can imagine us playing games in the back - if only it were a little warmer while we were there. The Internet worked great! The beds were comfortable for us and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the inlaws.

We’ve been friends for almost 40 years and try to get together once a year or so. This place was perfect for the 3 of us. Super comfortable and accessible to lots to do in St Louis. In a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe.

Retired medical girls weekdays trip
We loved it. Very clean. Very comfortable. Great host who went out of the way to make us ladies happy with coffee supplies and paper supplies, we would go back there if we visit again. Was close to casino and restaurant and touristy sites.

Family reunion
We were 4 senior ladies meeting up. I flew into St.Louis from Chicago. My two sisters came up from southern Missouri and our niece drove up from Arkansas. The house was in a perfect area for getting around St.Charles. We had enough room for our family that lives in St.Charles to visit with us. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend

Cozy home-Great location!
We had a great stay at Bryan’s place. The home is in an amazing location, right down the road from the Saint Charles Convention Center and close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is spacious with plenty of room for a family. The only recommendation I would have is to upgrade bed/ mattresses. The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable. Overall, it was still a great place to stay because of the spaciousness of the home, the quiet neighborhood and perfect location.
