“Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. ”

“I wanted a quiet holiday with some good dog walks and some interesting places to visit. The Oast house was so very clean and tidy it had everything you needed and some special touches. Welcome goodies and even a supply of dog stuff (leads, towels etc) a mature enclosed garden and a well stocked kitchen. The instructions were simple and comprehensive, we had a lovely time”

“The flat is ideally located in the Old Town of Hastings. You live in the warehouse of the antique store on the first floor. Of course, there are no customers. Wonderful small and large objects embellish the apartment. There is enough space for six people. Only the fridge could be bigger for six people. But that is really the only criticism of this beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time there”

From under 2’s to grandparents in their 80’s, it was spot on Offering high chairs, potty’s, travel cots and plastic child friendly plates etc, as well as swings and garden toys, our great niece and nephew were very well catered for The house is full of nooks and crannies, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to sit and read or have forty winks! The balcony has tranquil views with chairs, table allowing further relaxation. There are - co-op, tesco, aldi for grocery shopping. Breakfast or lunch in town, prices are reasonable. The Tree House is a magical place. ”

We have stayed here quite a lot over times the years & are staying again in November. There are a few parking spaces but all were gone by 4pm on a Friday. Had to park in the seafront car park at a cost of £7.50 for 24 hours. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Ate in Forte’s Italian restaurant about 10 min walk from hotel, which was very good. Would recommend...
