Winter weekend stay
This house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and had a nice living area. The host was very available for any questions or anything we needed. There were multiple Alexas throughout the house.

Great Location
We stayed recently while attending an event at Missouri Western State University. The location is excellent for this...just a few minutes drive to campus. The neighborhood is mixed residential (houses and apartments) but in general was quiet. The house was spotless and very well-maintained. The host met us at the house and provided a thorough walk-through, with special attention to various features like the in-home Alexa and security features. He was excellent about communicating with us prior to the visit and throughout and even went so far as to let us know that we had accidentally left a jacket behind when we checked out, so that we were able to retrieve it. For anyone who is looking for a location convenient to Missouri Western, I highly recommend this home!! P.S. the host is very entertaining and did some magic tricks for us when we checked in :)

St Joe
Very quiet neighborhood. We live in the country and normally have trouble staying in town with traffic noise keeping us awake. This location was perfect. We have found a place to return to the next time we are visiting family.

Military reunion
We stayed at your home with 2 other of are Army buddies . We hadn't seen each other in 43 years. These house provided us with the ideal place to relax and enjoy each other. The information about things in town was helpful , we saw many interesting things.

Sandy was great to work with, home was great! Nice area, close to food, shopping, great variety. Close to Missouri Star Quilting Co. (30 min). Also close to historic sites. This home has a security system also. Would stay here again!

You will be taken care of!
From the moment I booked until the moment we left an item behind, David’s communication was stellar. I wish everywhere we stayed had an owner like him. We were happy with the home, loved the meet/greet with David to go through a couple of things first. Anything we needed, David was punctual and always available for us. If we are ever in the area of any of David’s peoperties, we will stay again!!

Wonderful home away from home
We had a fabulous 3 night stay. David, the owner, was great about communicating through the entire process from booking to departing. He met us at the house and went through everything we would need to know. He is a wonderful host and did not miss a thing to make our stay enjoyable. St Joseph visit
The home is very nice and clean and well secured. There was a very small issue and the owner responded immediately by sending someone to address the issue. Will stay again when visiting family in St Joseph.
