Salty Kisses & Goodnight Wishes es una casa de una habitación (con aire acondicionado), totalmente equipada, en el lado tranquilo de St. John, en la encantadora Bahía de Coral.
Los bares, restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas de Coral Bay están a solo unos minutos y las playas de North Shore están a solo 10 minutos en coche. Y si está buscando un poco más de emoción, Cruz Bay no está lejos e incluso podemos organizar un servicio de taxi si desea planear una noche sin preocupaciones en la "ciudad" o si desea un recorrido completo por la isla con Owen, a quien le prometemos que pondrá un sonríe en la cara (muy recomendable para todos, pero especialmente para los visitantes por primera vez que deseen aprender sobre St. John)

DISH TV y reproductor de DVD y altavoces Bluetooth le permiten reproducir su propia banda sonora para su estadía en el paraíso.
La cocina completa tiene todo lo que pueda desear, incluyendo; microondas; lavavajillas; cafetera, tostadora, licuadora; juegos completos de platos, vasos, ollas y sartenes, cuchillos, etc., dé rienda suelta a su chef interior si está dispuesto. La cubierta ofrece una hermosa vista del puerto de Coral Bay y tiene un área de comedor y un cómodo sofá al aire libre. De hecho, ¡ahí es donde pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo cuando estamos allí!

Great hillside stay
Excellent place for some relaxation and exploring of the island. Very good accommodations overlooking Coral Bay. The supplies are very plentiful within the kitchen and linen supplies. The cooler and beach accessories are very helpful. We used the chairs, beach towels, cooler and floaties daily. Overall, this place is great! The only drawback is that the main road down the hill does lead to a fair amount of vehicle noise at times. So it's not always peaceful and quiet. That is hard to find though on a smaller island like this.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!
This was a beautiful, relaxing place to be! We loved the deck, it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of hiking and snorkeling. The location was wonderful, away from busy Cruz Bay and close to the quieter Coral Bay. We will recommend this property to anyone we know. It was altogether a lovely place and we would stay there again!

A spectacular gem!
The accommodations were superb! Everything was as advertised, the view was spectacular, it was very comfortable and clean. The amenities were great. It had it all! The host was extremely responsive, and easy to reach. St. John’s doesn’t disappoint from the beaches, hiking, and shopping, and this spot is at the top of my list of places to return to.

Great Hosts
We had a great time staying at Amanda’s. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the sheets were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook dinner for us. She is extremely accurate with the description of the listing and the intricacies of Island life. The power went out for two days during our stay, but Amanda was very communicative before hand and prepared us with water flashlights and a battery operated fan. I’ve never had a more communicative host that made sure we were as comfortable as possible.

Ideal location and accommodations
If you’re a couple looking for something other than a traditional hotel, this is the place. Amanda picked us up at the Ferry bc we were renting her Jeep, which I highly recommend. She then gave us a tour of great places to see on our way to the house-also fantastic and helpful. The views were out of this world. Whether you were on the patio or laying in bed. Mountain View, sea view-check check. The space was just right. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a full meal. Bedroom was a great space with views and sliding doors to patio. Bathroom had double sinks and gorgeous shower. Living room had couch and chairs, books, brochures on every possible thing to do. It was all very well thought out and it’s clear that Amanda knows how to make the whole experience trouble free. Here’s all the “extras” that aren’t obvious til you need them: -Bluetooth speakers-nice ones! -battery powered fans just in case -flashlights-just in case -board games/playing cards -beach towels -coolers -beach chairs -beach umbrella -outdoor furniture on deck -gallon of drinking water in the fridge! One last thing. We ran over a nail and it punctured a tire of the Jeep. Amanda took care of it quickly (thanks Ernie) and we were back on the road to the beaches. We would stay again and plan to!! 10/10!!!

Perfectly peaceful place in Coral Bay!
We had a great time at Amanda's place. Everything was very clean, super quiet and very peaceful. Plenty of deck space to enjoy the wonderful views of the valleys and the bay. The AC was a super plus for us and made the stay very comfortable. House had alot of interesting reading material about St. John and the neighboring islands. Perfect peaceful stay
The home is very well taken care of, and clean as can be. AC is a real treat on the island and was well appreciated! The host has taken care of all the comforts of home. All the furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, and the patio has great views of Coral Bay. I also rented the jeep from her and it was very clean and provided a great way to get around to the North beaches and running into town. This is a great central location between Coral Bay and the best beaches! The beach supplies were fantastic to make our beach trips more comfortable. Very thoughtful. Host is great at responding quickly to any questions you may have during your stay! About the host—she is so gracious and kind—bending over backwards to help make sure our stay was as smooth as possible after some unexpected changes in travel plans. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Perfect getaway!
This place is a little gem on St. John! It had absolutely everything we needed-from beach chairs and bags to suntan lotion and bug spray. It is on the quiet side of the island, which I love, and close to the restaurants in Coral Bay and some of our favorite North Shore beaches. The home was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning is a huge plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The villa is roomy, very comfortable, and is very well stocked with everything you need at home or the beach. It was perfect for the two of us for 10 days. Beautiful Home with an Amazing View
We loved staying at Salty Kisses and Goodnight Wishes. The house is exactly as shown in the listing and even better in person. The host is easy to communicate with and the house has maps, books, and information about the restaurants and services on the island. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The bed, linens, and towels are incredibly comfortable. This was our first visit to the island and our friends who visit each year are in awe of this home.and its amenities.

Just what I was looking for
Great place (exactly like the online photos) with great amenities- beach chairs, cooler, etc. I took advantage of renting the jeep which was a great way to get around the island. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated to be met at the ferry after a day of traveling and then drive back to the villa. Communication was great as well.

Just perfect
My husband and I stayed 6 nights and loved our time in Salty Kisses and Goodnight Wishes. We chose Amanda's place because it looked peaceful, is on the quiet side of St. John, and is close to the best hiking and snorkeling areas. We absolutely made the right choice and would definitely stay there again. The rental was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, with amazing views from the inside and outside areas. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedroom was large and comfortable. The road to the driveway was narrow and hilly, but all of the roads in St. John are! It was nice to be close to the main road. We could be just about anywhere within 20 minutes. We rented the Jeep from Amanda, which included transportation from and to the ferry dock. So easy! Amanda drove us along North Shore Road, pointing out the major sites and giving information about the area along the way. She also showed us the grocery markets and some of the other businesses in Coral Bay before arriving at the apartment. The Jeep was ideal for getting around the island; its maneuverability and size is really helpful in the tight parking areas and on the hilly, narrow roads. Communication with Amanda before and during our stay was fantastic. She answered promptly and was always very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed meeting her and are so grateful that she chooses to share this amazing property with the rest of us!

Everything was perfect. The view was beautiful, I loved watching the sun come over the bay in the morning and seeing all the hillside lights at night. The home has everything you could need and I loved the decor. It was our first time visiting the Island and Amanda was very kind and helpful with all any questions we had. Our favorite VRBO stay on St. John
Clean, easy to get to, quiet, and just right for 2 people. Owner lives downstairs but you'd never know that anyone is there...but she is there if you need anything, even a rental Jeep. We have stayed in 10 properties on St. John over a 25-year period, and this is our favorite. Hope to get back again soon.

We LOVED IT!!! The location was perfect for us! 10 -15 minute ride to most all our favorite beaches and minutes from our favorite restaurants and shops. Living in among the Coral Bay residents has become our favorite spot! The house itself was perfect, clean and well appointed, it had all we needed and Amanda was GREAT!

Enjoy a great view of Coral Bay
The house is perched on a steep hill overlooking Coral Bay and the fun neighborhood (Skinny Legs restaurant). It’s just the right size for 2. Nice covered and uncovered deck. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice features such as a shower with stone walls. We rented the manager’s Jeep which was convenient. Amanda was great to work with and very accessible.

Lovely little villa
This was our first time in Saint John, and we were confident this place would be great — but it truly exceeded our expectations. Check-in was easy, the views were stellar (lush, green, iguanas in the treetops!), and the house was clean, cozy, and conveniently stocked with everything from beach floaties to a cooler to birding books and binoculars. Amanda was great. She let us know she was there if we needed anything, but also gave us plenty of space. It was a super special trip overall, and staying here was integral to the experience. We hope to be back again!

Had a great stay
The property was even nicer than we had imagined. It looked out over Coral Bay, and located a short drive from restaurants and the town. Also not far from the spectacular north shore beaches. Amanda was lovely, and was keen to make sure everything went well for us. For those unfamiliar with the area, this location is at the other end of St John from the main town of Cruz Bay and the resorts. A jeep is not essential, but get something with power and clearance because the major roads are narrow, steep, and are either winding upwards or plunging downwards. Fortunately, Amanda's house is comparatively easy to access. The views as you drive around are spectacular. Roads there are populated by "wild" donkeys, goats, deer, iguanas, occassional hermit crabs, and other jeeps, which are also on the wrong side of the road. Fun places to eat are close by, as are markets to buy food. These are not suburban supermarkets, however, and the prices reflect how far the food has to travel to get to you. The people are a lot of fun, and get pizza at the Salty Mongoose and hang out there. You will need insect repellant esp around sunset, because of the no-see-ums. And coral-friendly sunblock. The best coral snorkeling is probably at Hawksnest, and Maho beach has turtles if you snorkel out toward where the boats moor. You can rent snorkel fins and mask for about ten dollars a day at the dive shack.
