Pelennor tiene 2 hab., idealmente ubicado a 5 min. a pie de la playa de Porthminster y de la ciudad de St. Ives con su mezcla de tiendas, galerías, bares, cafés y restaurantes. Por qué no despertar con las vistas del balcón de Julieta a través del tejado hacia la isla, la capilla de San Nicolás y el océano como fondo... luego tomar el desayuno junto a la ventana panorámica con vistas a la bahía de Carbis. Hemos renovado Pelennor con alto estándar, preservado el techo de cornisa original en el salón/cocina y agregado suelo de roble macizo. Los 2 baños constan de un adjunto contemporáneo y un baño familiar con ducha esquinera y el lujo de una tina independiente. Ambas hab. tienen una cama color crema de estilo victoriano y TV ajustable montado en la pared. Estamos a menos de 10 min. a pie de las estaciones de autobús y de tren; el acceso con coche no podría ser mas fácil con espacio para dos coches afuera. Ideal para dos parejas, una familia de cuatro o vacaciones románticas para 2 pers.

Last minute getaway
We love Cornwall been going last 40yrs on and off, it been a couple of years since we stayed in St Ives and wanted a place near the beaches so we could walk to them and this place lived up to that and some, less than 10mins to both beaches and the town, ideal to spend the day at the beaches get back quickly for a change and head into town for dinner in the evenings. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern großartig. Einziger Nachtteil ist das für Erwachsene mit 140cm doch sehr schmale Bett im nördlichen Schlafzimmer. Der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz macht das Leben sehr angenehm. Fußweg an an Hafen 10 Minuten. Porthminster Beach ca. 7 minuten

Overall a nice stay in St. Ives
We had a wonderful time in St.Ives . The view of the sea from the apartment was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. However the fire alarm regulary sounded alarm, even toasting was enough to set off the alarm. Another note: there was no balcony in the apartment, just a balcony door. We were very disappointed, because the description on “fewo direkt” announced a balkony. This should be corrected in the advertisement. Apart from these two shortcomimgs everything else was nice.

Well located beautiful apartment
The apartment was just as described. The tasteful finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms are all very new, and the layout worked very well for us. The location provides easy access to the harbor, main shopping area, and Porthminster Beach. The on-site parking and easy access to Treylon Ave made coming and going a breeze.

Excellent apartment in great location. Loved the fact there were 2 bathrooms and both had very good showers. Very clean and well equipped with lovely views of St Ives. Importantly had off street parking right outside the apartment. Frankly it was perfect! Would highly recommend

A great place for two couples
We keep coming back, and have already booked for next year. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable, well equipped and maintained. Bedrooms aren’t big, but beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of space in the apartment as a whole. Kitchen is well equipped, lounge comfortable and it’s great to have parking for two good size cars on the drive. That’s a rarity in St Ives! It’s a short walk down into town, though anyone less able might find the roads quite steep. There can’t be many places in town that doesn’t apply to. We were fine - two active couples in our 60s and 70s. We didn’t make use of the body boards but it’s nice they were available!

The perfect place to stay in St Ives
We were very impressed with this property especially a well appointed kitchen which was perfect for self catering. Absolutely perfect!
Wir hätten für unsere erste Reise nach St. Ives keine bessere Wohnung finden können... Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und hochwertig, der Platz für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend und der Ausblick vom Esstisch aufs Meer einfach wunderschön. Die Wege in die Stadt und zum Strand sind kurz (sogar Strandausrüstung wie Sonnenschirme sind verfügbar) und die Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus ist ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil... Erwähnenswert sind auch die hervorragende Sauberkeit, die exzellente Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und die vorhandenen "Kleinigkeiten" wie Gewürze und Geschirrspültabs. Wir können diese hübsche Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Thank you Paula and Mark for this lovely stay!

A perfect choice for my first trip to St Ives. The apartment is close to the train station, the town and the sea front. It is tastefully furnished and decorated, well equipped for a comfortable stay and spotlessly clean. I was sad to leave at the end of my stay but am sure to return.

A great place
A lovely, well maintained and equipped apartment, with good parking for two cars and a short walk down into St Ives. The beds are comfortable, the fittings good quality. It’s upstairs, and the walk to the town is steep, so this might not suit less able visitors, but for us it’s perfect and we have already booked our next stay.
