Garden had not been checked as very deceased rat on lawn, been there a long time and was disgusting to have to bag up after dog had found it. Someone elses full poo bags also out there. Couple of bulbs missing with no replacements and also we couldnt get on freesat no connection available. Owner also has blocked gutter above front door, large amounts of water cascading down.”

“Property is on quite a busy road i would not say very subtible for children. St Ives is a short distance away but car essential. The bathroom is very small and could do with an update there is an office on the top floor this would be better used as another bathroom. Lovely garden.”
