Lindo y conveniente apartamento en condominio de vacaciones en el segundo piso con terraza envolvente en West Gulf Beach Drive en el "Town Center" de St. George Island, a poca distancia de casi cualquier lugar al que quieras ir.

* ACCESO A LA PLAYA: Fácil paseo de 3 minutos hasta la playa. Tome el atajo al lado del restaurante Blue Parrot, o puede caminar otra cuadra por el sendero para caminar / andar en bicicleta hasta St. Parque / Museo George Lighthouse. Este parque público ofrece todas las comodidades gratuitas que necesita para un gran día en la playa, incluido un paseo marítimo hasta la arena, un pabellón con mesas de picnic, baños públicos, duchas al aire libre, un parque infantil e incluso una cancha de baloncesto.

Facility & location very good - the night before check in I needed to confirm our 4 digit entry code so called the help number listed…could only leave a message… shared what I needed, noting to please call or text me at my phone number and left a message for the person to call or text me. I never heard back from them by the time I needed the code to actually check in the next day. It was only then that I found an email that had been sent to me with the code but NO actual call or text message was sent which is what I asked for…

Tired Property
The location of this property is perfect. The property however is extremely tired. Not only does it need a thorough cleaning, top to bottom but there were many maintenance items that were neglected and ignored. Missing tiles in the bathroom, fan vents in dire need of cleaning door jams in need of replacement, dirty furniture, kitchen tools ie spots and pans that were way past their use. This property desires better as do the people who rent it.

St. George Vacation 2023
The place was as advertised. It was clean and convenient to the beach and all the other venues on the island. The internet was out the entire week which really put a damper on my ability to work and stream TV. The owner was responsive on the issue but unfortunately, the internet was never restored. He supplied a backup wifi connection, but the bandwidth was poor. We ended up using our hotspot when we needed it.

The property was centrally located and relatively near the beach. First impression was the key pad not opening and we had to call the property owner (didn't answer) and then VRBO which took about 1/2 hour on hold and speaking to the rep. Owner finally called and said we were operating the door wrong, though we believe the lock was stuck and not cycling open (even though it was making noise). Finally it opened after about 20 tries and worked most of the time the rest of the stay. Property appeared clean (though socks got dirty easily on the tile). Many of the amenities (dishwashing soap, shampoo, hand soap, etc.) were put away, so we didn't know if we were allowed to use them. We ran out of paper towels the first day (had not been replenished). One bed was very firm and the other was way too soft. The sheets and towels were soft, though. Our main concern and observation was lack of regular and routine maintenance, including the tub (backed up badly to 8 inches when you took a shower), numerous cracks in walls and tile, unlevel refrigerator door (that flew open all the way when you opened it), dirty tile floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cracks in ALL of the window seals, stained and very old bedroom carpet, rusted window coverings, etc.. One of the bedrooms has a door to the porch and its VERY noisy when the neighbor guests sat on the porch and talked at all hours of the morning and night. I would absolutely NOT recommend or stay at this property again.

Accurate Description, Great Location
Had a small hiccup checking in due to an incorrect code but communication was fast and problem was solved super fast. Apartment was spacious and great for our family with two small children. Location was convenient, easy to walk to beach, park, and restaurants--even with a stroller. Saw mixed reviews about WIFI but it worked great for us with no issues.

Perfect location
Check in was made very simple. The place was clean and the location absolutely could not be beat. There was parking right in front. Everything was a 5 min or less walk (Beach, restaurants, grocery store etc) loved the large patio. Very quiet in the evening which was very much appreciated with two Littles.

St George Mini Vacation for 4 days
We checked in and the cleaning crew had not been there . I sent a message and Reed the owner was super prompt in getting things ready. The cleaning person did not show up that day but one of his family members ( I believe his mom) and cleaned the entire place while we went looking around. Incredible service and prompt. Otherwise solid 5’s . Reed and his staff are amazing and the place has everything you would need and an owner that goes above and beyond. Our visit to St. George was a blast to say the least . My only regret was not being able to rent for a longer period of time at this location. Walk to everything . Location, Location , Location as the saying goes . The owner offered us a partial refund because of the cleaning situation. The owner , the property, service level …. All 5 star!
