Our unit was spacious, well stocked with kitchen needs, clean, and had lots of thoughtful touches like extra blankets and pillows, cooking spices, and enough household items to get you started for a few days.

A perfect getaway trip
My husband and I enjoyed the condo very much. We felt comfortable staying there. It was peaceful and quiet. It was close to restaurants, parks and grocery stores. We enjoyed visiting different parks where we were there. My two favorite parks are the Bryce Canyon Park and the Zion National Park. If we decide to go back to Utah, we will definitely return to this condo.

Great stay - roomy and comfortable
Clean, well-maintained, roomy, and comfortable. Kitchen had loads of tools and counter space. Easy to open and close blinds of the many windows. Nice patio with access to grill and patio chairs. Towels thick and soft. Everything was in great working order. Big cozy leather recliner couches. Master bedroom big. I stayed in the smallest of three rooms with the daybed and it was comfortable with easy access to adjoining bathroom. Close parking and easy access on ground level. Washer and dryer and fireplace, although we didn’t use. Swimming pools were not too cold and hot tubs felt great.

Great location!
The condo was clean, open and ground level was nice for kids to get out and play or walk the pathway. It also had a great view of the valley behind it. My kids loved the access to so many pools, indoor and outdoor. It was nice to use the exercise room and pickle ball courts. Its location was reasonably close to downtown and Snow Canyon area that we like to visit and mountain bike. My only change would be more beds to sleep on. It said it slept 10 but there were only 6 on beds for our group of 9. Luckily our 3 youngest didn't mind. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay their again.

Beautiful view in comfort!
This property was just as pictured and very clean. There were plenty of bedding and towels, and a surprise trundle bed under the day bed. Best part- it was an end unit and had large windows for a lovely 180• view! We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to bring in the New Year.
This property is beautiful, well designed and has a fully equipped kitchen. My only complaint is that we were not informed that the pool would be closed on New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Great Place to Stay!
We came down for a baseball tournament. We are a family of 5 and the place was big enough for us. Tons of space, comfortable couches, and a beautiful view off the back. It’s nice that it’s a first level condo. Even though it’s a populated place with lots of people walking around, it still felt private and secluded from the condo, just due to the location. Would definitely stay again.

New Year’s Celebration Weekend
We loved this condo. We stay at Las Palmas 3-4 times a year, but this was our first stay in this unit. Great attention to detail. Loved the bottom/corner valley views. Close to family pool and fitness center. Very quiet & secluded. Fit the needs of our family perfectly. We needed to contact management on 2 occasions and they were quick to respond even on a holiday weekend. Hope this unit is available for us to use again.

Great place, very clean, and comfortable.
Our stay was amazing! We always love coming to Las Palmas resort and it's always great to check in to a place that is clean and comfortable. Our one complaint was that there wasn't a notebook with specific instructions such as wifi-password and check-out proceedures.

Comfortable condo in a great location
This is a very spacious and comfortable condo just an hour from Zion and 2 hours from Vegas. The complex has definitely seen better days and could use some repairs and updates, but overall it was a quiet place to walk around and hang by the pool. Internet and TV were a bit spotty, but the place had a decent amount of amenities and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking.

The condo was very clean and inviting. A little more instructions apon check in would have been nice (building number, times that the pools open and close), I got quick texts back with the answers though. There was nothing stating that the card on the hook that's on the fridge is meant to get in to the pool areas, I knew what it was for but if this is someone's first time in these condos, it would be great to know before walking to the pool. It sounded like the people upstairs were playing musical chairs in the kitchen a few times. There was nothing stating to clean up anything but I started the dish washer and stripped the beds. Make sure you bring repel since you'll be in the desert and bugs will eat you alive when you step outside. We saw lots of bunnies and lizards from the back patio and can hear the coyotes in the distance.
