Family Christmas
Great accomodations, we wish the pool had been open but still had a great stay. House was well stocked which was appreciated as we did some cooking. It was also decorated for Christmas so we felt so at home to be there for the holiday .

Home was just as advertised. Only complaints were you need an advance degree to get the TV to work never did. Pretty sure they don’t support apps like you tube TV. House smell like old people even though it’s updated. Other than that everything was amazing.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and no problems at all. Took us a minute to figure out it was on third floor, but the elevator really helped with my mom! We visit St. George often for kids sport and will try to stay here every time now! Thank you!

Great location
Upon arrival the condo was clean and ready for us! The owners stopped by for a smoke alarm battery and were very kind. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, waffle maker etc if you wanted to prepare meals there. The bathroom both had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They were so generous to provide pool towels which helped save suitcase room! The property amenities were so close and the kids had a blast. For the owners I would highly recommended having your a/c unit coils cleaned as well as your filter in the hall changed. With the morning sun as well as evening sun shining right in, the condo gets pretty toasty by evening. Seeing your note about the a/c unit freezing if thermostat is too low, we hope that would help your issue! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Darling place to stay in St George

Excellent location
Awesome place to stay and relax. Patio was great to relax in the morning. Pool a short walk away along with added amenities like pool towels and pool toys and all the dishes that you will ever need. Super clean and comfortable. Will stay again when we come down

Uncleaned Condo
The condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were not made, bathrooms not cleaned and kitchen not cleaned. We arrived at 7pm and were totally inconvenienced and had to try to make other arrangements.

Friend trip
Shorthand of why we are giving such a low rating. Arrived to crumbs and ants on the floor and 2 inches of dust on furniture. We swept, dusted and called host. Although we messaged twice and called twice, no contact. We went to dinner while waiting for response. Came back, noticed open chip bag, 4 used water bottles, a bra and dust galore under the bed, 2 broken doors, hair all over bathroom floor, kitchen faucet broken, mirrors dirty, empty shampoo/conditioner, no paper towel in kitchen, crumbs under table and in front of fireplace, inside of fridge dirty, grime on fireplace front and tons of ants in bedroom and bathroom. Called vrbo, they called host. Took and sent pics. Told us cleaning crew was on the way. We had to leave for a play. Returned. Nothing done. Called host. One ring then vm (declined our call then said we hung up on them) Finally the owners called and by now its 11:30 p.m. and we have nowhere else to go so the owners did agree to come clean again. They were there til 1:30 a.m. Still ants in bedroom and bathroom. Put gooey stuff on ants which brought them in worse. Offered refund if we left but had nowhere to go at 2 am so we stayed that first night. Had to lay down blankets and towels to get through the night of no sleep. Next day noticed crumbs on deck floor and table also. Wanted to leave cuz ants were worse and the property just wasn't clean. They would NOT refund our money so we financially had to stay. Gave us $85 cleaning fee back.

Great weekend getaway
The condo was beautiful and clean. The instructions were very clear. The pools were amazing! Our host made sure to leave out snacks and made us feel right at home with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.
