“The cottage was really lovely, and a wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it. We loved being on the farm and my children loved the animals, especially the dogs and horses that would come to say hello. We loved the open plan cottage. The only thing I would mention is that I am not a confident hill driver - coming from Essex - and while I was aware of the steep road from Withiel, I wasn't aware of just how steep and single track it was. “Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...
