“This little garage apt was wonderful for our family of 4. It was about a 10 min drive to north beach and only about a quarter of a mile off of the main road, but it was on an old dirt road with very few other houses and hardly any traffic and a very large front yard. Our friends rented the main house and between all of us, we had 10 kids and 10 adults and we had so much space to run and play and felt very safe. We will definitely be back again! ”

“We had a great time here - it's the perfect location for North Beach; we loved the community pools, tennis court, pickleball court at the home, the 3 kitchens. Lots of pros - enough space for 20 (11 of us were young children). It would be really tight for more than that. Good water pressure and enough hot water for showers. Air conditioning was great. Property manager very friendly and communicative. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Didn't have time for theater room except that 2 older kids...
