“The property is conveniently situated right by the train station and just a quick walk from downtown St. Catharines. We enjoyed the nature trails along the river, the breweries and restaurants downtown, and the easy access to the train. The hotel is decorated nicely and the coffee/tea in the main dining area is a nice touch, even there is no staff or anyone on site. They could increase the customer experience with more premium toiletries, and we found it a little inconvenient to not be able to...

“La calefacción no funcionaba bien y a veces calentaba y a veces no, en la noche la tuve que apagar por ruidosa. Cuando llegue temprano me cobraron 20 dolares para poder entrar antes a mi habitación aunque no hubiera nadie en el hotel.”
