BEAUTIFUL AREA
All was accurate regarding how the property was portrayed. Finding the actual condo itself was a little confusing and the Vacasa people were not reachable when we arrived late, even though we had told them we were arriving quite late. They said they were open 24 hours and that was not the case. We figured it out on our own. Also, how to lock the door was another confounding feature and we had to go to the office to get help. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and the location perfect for our needs. The beach is beautiful and access to St. Augustine great.

The property was well kept and very organized, the unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised and the instructions and information about the property and the particular unit we stayed in was very detailed, we felt that our stay was well worth the money

Great condo next to the beach
We were only able to stay for a couple of nights, but it is a beautiful little condo that is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was great having a bathroom next to each bedroom. Many restaurants nearby that are walking distance.

Quick Vaca
We had a wonderful stay! Place was clean and well suited for our pups first beach adventure. Weather wasn’t that great but got out there and had the best time. Restaurants in walking distance and Island Donuts right next door for our morning coffee! We will definitely return!

the place was very close to the beach, clean was just want we all needed, a getaway there is nothing to complain about little crap like trash can lid was broken (NO big Deal) would have been nice to get in the storage no handle. On the door inconvenience yes, no first aid kit needed a band aid oh well I hope everyone comes and stays and has a wonderful time like we did the little things that I mention were just that little things hope to be back soon when the pier is replaced again thank you.

Great location! Love the interior.
The location of this unit is prime. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The interior was updated very nicely. It was perfect in so many ways. Areas for improvement: no iron or ironing board. It was roomy and comfortable!!

Management nightmare
First two days sewer covered the ground in both bathrooms and the shower and bathtub. We couldn’t use any water for two days. We called management over 7 times before they finally did something about it. After the plumber came we contacted management about getting a cleaner to come clean the sewer up and management just ignored us for the rest of the time. We ended up having to clean up the feces ourselves. Our two toddlers ended up getting sick and we believe it was from living in a sewer home for two days. The hot water didn’t work in the master shower and the drain plug in the bathtub didn’t work. So we couldn’t bathe our young kids. Also the lack of flexibility with early check in or late check out was off putting. We ended up having to pay for another full night just so we could stay for one extra hour the check out morning. The location for the unit is great and the owners have clearly put their money into making the unit nice. But with vacasa as the management company I would never ever book this unit again. Run away!!

Perfect location!
The place has a great 2 bedroom layout. Walk steps to the heated pool or a 50 yards to the beach. great kitchen, dinning room/living room layout to enjoy family time. The property could not be in a better location to walk to the beach, pier , and multiple places to eat. Just a short drive to the city of Old St. Augustine. I would definitly stay again.

Great condo!
We enjoyed our stay, the condo is immaculate! Everything looks brand new from the appliances all the way down to the bath towels. Big screen tv and a big sectional which my family loved. Great location. It is a 2 minute walk down path to the beach, a nice portion of the beach where cars are not allowed. There is a nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The unit is on the first floor, there is a patio but it’s not as private as an upper level unit. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!
