Luminoso y aireado con un ambiente de mediados de siglo, este apartamento está ubicado en una de las calles de St. Los barrios más geniales de Agustín. El mejor desayuno y almuerzo en la ciudad es solo un tramo de escaleras y un salto, ¡salta a las atracciones del centro!

Este adorable y pequeño apartamento de 2 habitaciones está ubicado en una de St. Los barrios más geniales de Agustín. Está ubicado sobre un favorito local, The Blue Hen Cafe. Cada habitación se siente como si estuvieras enclavado en los árboles. Hay una hermosa cocina nueva para los momentos en que desea quedarse y cocinar. Relájate con amigos antes de salir a explorar la antigua ciudad. Dos habitaciones tienen bonitas vistas de los árboles cubiertos de musgo español y pintoresca callecita.

Vivimos bastante cerca del desván. Si nos necesita para algo, estamos a solo una llamada telefónica o mensaje de texto. Lo más probable es que no nos veas, ya que no hay necesidad de llaves. Le daremos el código de acceso para entrar.

El vecindario

El vecindario es uno de los lugares más buscados para vivir debido a su ubicación privilegiada, su estilo local único y algunos de St. Los nuevos restaurantes más frescos de Agustín como The Ice Plant y Distillery (¡tienes que probar sus cócteles artesanales!) y The Blue Hen Cafe (la mayoría de los deliciosos desayunos y almuerzos). Los domingos hay un mercado de agricultores al final de la calle Riberia. (la calle en la que estás) en Eddie Vickers Park. En ese parque también hay un parque infantil y una piscina pública en el Centro Wille Gallimore. Los últimos 3 veranos ha sido gratis gracias a los Jacksonville Jaguars. Hay una tienda de alquiler de motos y bicicletas en la esquina de King St. y Riberia, junto con más restaurantes como el restaurante Flavours y una nueva y elegante hamburguesería llamada The Burger House 123. (¡Aunque creemos que la Ice Plant Burger es la mejor!)

Moverse

Puedes caminar al centro de la ciudad a la mayoría de las atracciones e incluso tomar el tranvía rojo que te lleva por el centro. Como mencionamos anteriormente, la tienda de alquiler de scooters / bicicletas está al final de la calle Riberia. Para llegar a Vilano o St. Augustine Beach, recomendamos conducir.

Place was amazing except roof leaked and all my stuff in my suit case was soaked and floor was soaked had to keep a pot and towel on the floor to catch the water but was alarmed as it was leaking thru the fire alarm. Was king of annoying as a hotel would have done more to fix the issue.

Awesome stay
We really enjoyed our stay! The beds and linens were top notch, the apartment temperature was cool and the apartment was spotless. We walked to a restaurant and to Old Towne. Perfect spot!

Nice Downtown Apartment
Great location to the downtown historic district in St Augustine. This place was awesome as we could easily walk around the historic district with easy access to the distillery and Flagler College. The full kitchen was very nice as well as a great breakfast and lunch cafe just downstairs. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in the area.

Great little place above amazing diner
The only complaint we had was it was raining when we got there and the eaves dumped all the water right on top of us as we went up the stairs, you can't miss it either way. Internet was OK but because you share from the diner it was slow, luckily we weren't there much during the day! Other than that it was an amazing cute little place that was well furnished. We had little kids and they loved it as well.

Perfectly Positioned!
Fabulous, spacious apartment in Lincolnville - an upcoming neighborhood in St. Augustine. Easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants and action you could want! The Blue Hen Cafe is right downstairs and perfect for breakfast or lunch. The apartment is just as advertised - with everything you could need for your stay. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Loved it!!

We had a TV issue and Dave worked very hard to help get this resolved. Very easy to communicate with. Bonus, just above the Blue Hen Cafe. Very good. Great location to Historic Section. Would definitely stay here again and recommend you check it out to stay here.

Nice place
We had a great time in St Augustine at the Pineapple Flat. The kitchen was updated and really nice. The location was great right above a cafe. Had a few issues with cleanliness. The carpet was a little dug up from dinning room into the kitchen. There was drinks left in the refrigerator, we left them. Hand soap in the bathroom was water. Pretzel bag was left in the couch. The remote control for the tv was worn out with low batteries. The bathroom was really nice and updated. The bedroom rooms lacked glass in the inside window frames. Beds were clean and comfy. Parking was a little frustrating. All in all we had a great time. Please don’t let the small cleanliness issues deter you from booking. I would 100% go back.

Loved it!
The place was super cute and very clean. The cafe downstairs was so good too and you couldn’t hear any noise from it upstairs at all. It’s a little but if a walk to downtown but definitely doable. Definitely would stay here again.

Fun in St Augustine
The place is very clean a great location. The air worked good. Could use another chair for the living room and some towel bars in the bathroom other than just hooks. Also there is no shower caddie or a bench to but your soap, shampoo etc. except on the floor.

Would definitely stay again!
This was the perfect place for my two sisters, Mom, and I to stay. Close enough to downtown to make the walk and a quick Uber or Lyft ride anywhere further than that. Beds were comfortable, apartment is a nice size with all the amenities we needed. The restaurant located below the apartment has amazing food...had the best vacation! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Loved the Pineapple Apartment. Perfect location. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to mom’s fall at a restaurant. Hope we can make it back. Would highly recommend. Owners are lovely!

Very nice, clean place.
We had a great time. Loved the place. So nice and clean and quiet. Beds are so comfortable. Had everything that we needed in it. The walk up the stairs wasn't to bad but if that is a problem for some people then best get a first floor place. Ate at Blue Hen below which was great but they are a busy place. Never heard anything below so doesn't bother. Easy walk to downtown area about 0.7 miles. Great time. :-)

Comfortable!
The apartment was very comfortable and had all the items needed for a great stay. Appreciated the keyless lock so didn’t have to worry about losing a key. Great location and easy parking. And a wonderful price made us very happy with our stay.

Overall a really cute apartment! Clean, great kitchen & bathroom, spacious and easy to get to. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine and very close to the distillery & winery. And the blue hen below is fantastic!! The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the noise. Just know you’re right on a street, and walls are thin so you will hear everything. Plus the guys who work at the restaurant go outside in the alley and smoke from the early morning, so it stinks and they are loud talkers too. Throw a white noise app on your phone and you’ll be fine. I would definitely recommend this apartment though!

Lovely Apartment
My husband and I stayed at this lovely apartment from the end of November to early December. We loved the open concept of the kitchen and living area, with all of the natural light. It's in a wonderful location and just a short walk from old St. Augustine. The owner's were wonderful and made sure we were all set once it came time to check-in and while we were departing. If we are ever in the area again, we plan on staying at the Pineapple Apartment.

Great Location
Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with all necessary amenities. Walkable to the historic district. Free parking was an added bonus. Owners were very helpful providing information about the areas and offering restaurant and other tourist suggestions. They even messaged us to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Pineapple Apartment was great
My two young children, husband and I felt right at home in this quaint apartment above a delicious breakfast joint. We're already talking about staying again. Our first trip to St. Augustine was our best family vacation to date.
