Lovely Family Vacay Spot
We loved our stay here in Colony Reef. It had the perfect view and just a short walking distance straight to the beach, which made it perfect with our toddler. It was such a great short distance to the pool and playground so we never ran out of things to do! We enjoyed the amazing view each morning on the cozy porch which also has privacy from the neighbors. We will definitely stay here again!

great condo
The condo was great. Great view, clean, and Colony Reef was a nice resort. We had roaches and no wifi. Vacasa did not resolve either issue. We sprayed and laid traps that took care of the roaches. We ended up purchasing wifi from the cable company as the condo did not have a wifi account set-up. We will try to avoid any Vacasa properties in the future.

Great getaway
The property is a very relaxing place to stay. I walked the beach twice a day. The view from the balcony is lovely. The condo we rented was very comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property and location, condo just ok
The condo complex is wonderful with great pool, hot tub and walkway to gorgeous beach. Condo was very clean. Wonderful view and balcony. Master and second bedroom large with comfortable beds and lovely linens. Third bedroom tiny and bunk bed fits, but that’s it. Kitchen very small and difficult to use, crowded with washer and dryer in the kitchen. Grill, screen to slider and light in second bedroom broken, grill unusable due to tripping breaker. Coffee maker and oven not functional due to need for maintenance cleaning. Living room furniture comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness. No more than 4 people could fit comfortably in this condo. Management easily reached. Did not ask for any repairs, form indicating issues with the broken items from several past visits located in welcome folder, so these not new issues. Location worth the trip, however quite pricey for this particular unit.

Really cool location. Very safe and secure gated community. The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. Building is a little old so there was a few minor plumbing issues with toilets. And both the 4G reception and wireless network were pretty weak (often getting 1 or 2 bars). Overall I think I overpaid a little for what it was, but I knew that when I made the reservation.

This condo is all about location. The living room, deck and master bedroom all look out over the Atlantic and made for glorious sunrise viewing. Some in our party watched from the deck while others made the short walk down to the beach. It is also a short walk from the complex outdoor pool and hot tub. Condo was very clean and easy for our group of six to be in for five days. The bunk bedroom is a little small, but the other bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. There are also so many great beach toys for the beach at the condo— sand toys, beach chairs, a volleyball net, tennis racquets (we played on the complex courts!) and so much more. The proximity of the beach (just across the walkway!) made it easy to run back and forth for a snack, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants all close.

Two plumbing problems that were fixed within 24 hours after being reported. A broken wicker chair that we a avoided using. The condo was ocean front with ample space for 6. Comfortable outdoor facilities and easy beach access.

Fun Girls' Getaway!
The condo was just the right size for three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were wonderful after a day in the sun. The location of the condo in the complex was great! We were facing the ocean and had a beautiful view. We had beautiful weather, except for one day. The condo is close to plenty of restaurants, and very close to the old city downtown. The condo was well-stocked with beach towels, some chairs, and a cooler. We actually brought our own umbrella, chairs, cooler and a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff to and from the beach. My only negative issue was trying to operate the TVs in each room. I am not "tech savvy" and it was confusing to use two remotes to turn on the TV in the living room and be able to watch normal channels. We also were not able to operate either TV in the two bedrooms. There were no instructions and one of the remotes had corroded batteries in it. If there had been written instructions on how to operate the TVs, that would have been helpful. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys being at the beach and using a nice pool. I would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you!

Great Location
Great location. Awesome check in and check out. Very secure, no keys to keep up with. Well appointed. Toaster was not functional. Oven didn’t seem to function as it should. Holiday parking was not ideal. Plenty of space and lots of hot water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. Our only concern was the possible bedbug infection in the front guest bedroom with the king bed. Over the course of our two-week stay, several family members slept there and each one received mysterious bug bites.

Beautiful views from the condo. Great location and access to the beach. About 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Pool on-site was amazing as well! Condo was clean upon arrival, check in process was easy and no issues. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again.

Great community!
We loved the community! The condo was nice - view was amazing. Very clean. A few things could be repaired/upgraded. Very thoughtful amenities. It was a bit crowded for 7 people, especially the kitchen, eating space and balcony. Overall nice place!

Condo was very nice, clean, and well decorated. We def enjoyed our stay and the location right on the beach was fabulous. Only thing would hav been nicer is if beach chairs and grill weren’t broken. Reported to owners (company)and they acknowledged, but no replacements. Just a little inconvenience since we bought a bunch of food to grill and had no chairs to sit on at the beach, but we made it work. Overall a spectacular place

Overall happy with the condo. One complaint regarding cleanliness: several dishes, silverware, pans were not cleaned well and eventually decided to run a dishwasher load of dishes early in our stay - wasn’t worth complaining to mgt about since we were able to handle problem ourselves - however mgt should take note for proper cleaning of condo to avoid this issue for future incoming guests.

In St Augustine for wedding
We stayed a week at the condo, it had everything we needed to be comfortable. There were some issues but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. The beach was close as well as Publix. Loading all your beach stuff in the car and driving it to your beach spot was also nice. The condo was clean with plenty of kitchen supplies. It is also well equipped with beach supplies. Nice views as well. Some constructive comments for the owners: The grill kept tripping the GFI so we had to run an extension cord to plug it in inside. You cannot run the patio fan without the light being on-which is frowned upon from a turtle standpoint. We just unscrewed the bulb and replaced it when we left. The garbage disposal kept freezing up probably just from nonuse. It would be nice if an allen wrench were kept onsite so we could unfreeze it. And finally, as I write this from a humour standpoint, if your going to provide a notepad and pencil, you may want to sharpen the pencil. It was brand new, out of the box with a flat tip, All in all five stars, we enjoyed it.

Very good condo
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a very nice property. It had the most comfortable beds of any condo we’ve ever stayed at by far! The only thing I think that could use improvement was the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The fridge was slightly dirty and had to be cleaned; it had a bottle of vodka in the freezer and some spills. There was also hair stopping up the shower drain. The hot water didn’t last long when you showered. But overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it.
