Condominio frente al mar, tanto la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal se enfrentan directamente en el océano. El condominio ha sido completamente renovado con todos los muebles nuevos, etc. a partir del 3-8-18. El condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón de St. Playa de Augustine
El muelle está justo al lado, todos los miércoles por la mañana tienen el mercado de agricultores.
La playa está justo enfrente y la piscina también está frente al mar y climatizada en el invierno.
Puedes caminar a todos los restaurantes en St. Augustine Beach y hay una tienda de conveniencia al otro lado de la calle

We came for a brief visit post marathon from Melbourne, FL. As residents of NJ it was great to have a break from this cold winter month. Sun, beach & pool time were what we needed. Thank you for the nice condo to enjoy the area and be tourists in St. Augustine. Very nice location & plenty to see.

Probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in! Great location! Walked to SaltLife, Rita’s, and Antonio’s for pizza! The proximity to the beach and pool were great. It is a walk to the beach was far but that’s because of how large and beautiful the beach is. I loved that the unit is on the bottom floor! We could walk out and play yard games and the kids just loved running around. The pool was clean and never packed. It was quiet and enjoyable. My son always had at least one other kid to play with. We will definitely be back!!

Great place, not very wheel chair accessible
Loved the space. However, if I had not been able to walk a little bit, I would not have been able to get in/out of the condo or patio or. The bedrooms/bathrooms. Our bad for not asking before renting. Also, saw a couple of large (3/4 inch) roaches (not palmetto bugs) in a bedroom and a bathroom.

Great little condo
This place is nicely done, bed is comfortable, very clean. it is a great location and easy to walk to the beach, the pier and restaurants. The farmer's market on Wednesday morning was cute. The only down side is you really don't have an ocean view due to the fence obscuring the view. For the convenience and the price, we would stay here again.

The property is in an older development, but the unit itself has been fully renovated and is very clean and comfortable. Super quick drive into St. Augustine. The host is great and very responsive. Would recommend this unit to anyone for a nice stay.

Short Getaway
The property is very nice. The unit is very nice, nice furnishings, linens, kitchen. The location was great, walkable to nearby restaurants. The internet was spotty. Because its a ground floor unit the view was obstructed by a large fence with no direct beach access. Overall pleasant stay!

Perfecy Weekend St Aug Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for our 1st trip to St Augustine. It was right beside the pier and had several great restaurants nearby. Very quiet area and just a short drive to downtown. The check in process and communication was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo right on the beach. Super clean, easy to check in/out. Our only critique is the bed in the master bedroom is a bit uncomfortable and probably needs replaced.

Clean & Updated Condo with Obstructed View
The condo is extremely clean and very well maintained. We loved the touch-screen board next to the front door that offered recommendations and made the entire check-in and check-out process very easy. There are restaurants close to the condo, and downtown Saint Augustine is a short drive away. The location is on the beach, but the view of the ocean is almost completely obstructed by a white fence. Based on the pictures that were posted, we were expecting a clear view of the ocean. Instead, we could only see a small section of it due to the fence. If an ocean view is a top priority for you, then I would look elsewhere.

Great Condo
Condo looked way nicer in person than the photos. Check-In process is so cool with an electronic board. Condo was very clean and came with a lot of extra stuff (beach chairs, baby playpen, lots of kitchen utensils and supplies etc.) very happy with the whole process, price and location! Definitely booking here again!
