Immaculate Welcoming Oasis!
16th girls trip and by far the BEST home we have ever stayed in. We felt secure from the onset because the property is gated, and so spacious. Plenty of room for parking! The houses were immaculate, and the pictures do not do it justice! It is beautiful. More than fully stocked kitchen, and kitchenette, 2 laundry rooms , screened in pool, picnic area with grill and fire pit, volleyball court, and plenty of outdoor seating. 14 women cooked, swam (in February in the wonderfully heated pool), relaxed indoors and out, played games, read, ate, laughed and slept so well! This property really had it all. So close to shopping and easy access to attractions. It is not walkable, but we knew that going in, so we found a park nearby with trails that was an easy drive away. When sitting around the pool, you cannot see the road which makes it feel so private. Nic was so supportive during our stay. We will be back.

All you need for the perfect family trip!
Our large family (14 in total) came from Canada on vacation. We had more than enough space to sleep, relax, share meals together and swim! The pool is amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious! The location is great! Everything you need is a short drive away! We had an amazing time and hope to come back and book again!

Great stay
We stayed three nights with our 4 girls the husbands and children. The house and pool house along with the pool and outside kitchen and fire pit made for an amazing family getaway. Only a twenty minute car ride to park to see the nights of lights downtown St Augustine. We all had a blast and felt very at home. We will definitely return.

Great Place for a Golf Trip
The entire experience with this booking experience was excellent. From the time I booked it, the communication with the property manager was consistent and reliable. We booked for an annual guys golf trip and the house easily accommodated all 8 guys in their own bedrooms with plenty of space, outdoor recreation area a heated pool and no shortage of bathrooms and showers. The only challenge for a group of our size who cook our own meals each night was the limited counter space in the kitchen for prep work, cooking and gathering, but we made it work by taking advantage of the extensive and well-designed outdoor space.

Comfortable for large groups
The house was beautiful, new, clean, and stylishly decorated. Although off of a main 2 lane road, you couldn't hear the road noise when out by the pool or BBQ area. Our group was large (15) and we fit comfortably in the house and common areas. My only critique would be the master bed was extremely hard. We felt the other beds and they all seemed much more comfortable. The master bed is the only reason I would hesitate staying here again. Our host was great, very responsive. The pool was beautiful. I appreciated that whole bottles of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent were available instead of the 1 tab normally left at rentals. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Trip
The house was very nice and set up well for our needs at the property. Nic was very responsive when asked questions. We also enjoyed our time while on property. The location was not ideal since there was nothing to do within walking distance, and really even taking a walk was not possible due to the traffic speeds on the road and no sidewalks. Also, the road noise while outside at the property was very noticeable. Even the bedrooms on the roadside were a problem those in the roadside bedrooms

Absolutely amazing!
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Nic And this beautiful property! We stayed here the first weekend of October this year, And everything went perfectly. The property is gorgeous and it is huge. We had about 15 of us staying on site and there was more than enough room to have our own private spaces. The pool house was a huge plus Too! Overall, a great property, great communication, super accommodating, and we would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful week with a large group!
This property is amazing. The main home and pool house are well appointed and were spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The pool area is large and screened, and the pool house was great for older kids to play games late into the night! Would definitely rent again for a large group.

Great place for the whole family.
Our family loved the property. It accommodated our party of 14 without feeling cramp. Everyone had their own space. The pool and grounds were awesome. The kids really enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The location is close to restaurants and stores to supply the house for our needs for the week. Also, just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches. Overall the accommodations were amazing and had everything needed for our family stay to feel like we were at home.

Golf Trip
What an amazing house. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. The pictures don’t do it justice. 8 of us were in St. Augustine on a golf trip and we picked this house because it is ideally located around some amazing golf courses, including TPC Sawgrass. This place has another detached house with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, small kitchen and laundry room. The house had enough bedrooms to fit all of us comfortably. The outdoor patio and grill areal was ideal for cooking up some food, having some drinks and reminiscing about our rounds. The pool was ideal to cool off and the fire pit was another great area to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials required for dining in. There is a Publix and Costco within a 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for a golf trip or even a family trip to St. Augustine/Jacksonville.

Stayed with family for a short weekend vacation for Memorial Day! Location was great! Felt very safe and secure!! Lots of space for everyone!! Adults and kids both had a great time! Hard to leave … the home and outside space is fantastic! Not one single thing I would change! The only thing you need to bring is your food and drinks!!

We loved it here. We stayed two extended families together here for a wedding in St. Augustine and loved it. Very close to stores (Publix/walgreens) and not too far from restaurants/shops. We had kids aged 5, 3, 1 and a baby with us.

Golf trip
The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property

It is two great houses in one
Eight guys on an annual golf trip each had their own room. Very nice place, with lots of room to relax and enjoy hanging with folks. Never had to drive more than 15 minutes to play golf. Great place, highly recommend.

There were 9 of us who came to visit my son and his family who live in Florida so the family were delighted with the accommodation and facilities at this spectacular house. We would highly recommend as the proprietor was very helpful and everything was perfect.
