Lovely condo by beach!
We really enjoyed this home! It was comfy, cute and a short distance to the beach! The home had everything we needed and was super clean! Brand new remodeled bathrooms too! We would definitely rent again on a return trip!

Perfect place for our family!
We loved our stay! We packed way too much. As other reviewers mentioned, there are beach toys, beach towels, plenty of kitchen items (even salt, pepper and oils!) plus board/card games. Everything was so clean and quiet. They even provide some paper towels, detergent for clothes, etc. We will be back!!!

Perfect location for beach and St Augustine
Beautiful Condo with great access to the beach and a convenient short drive to St Augustine. The Condo is absolutely spotless and very well equipt with everything you need for a short stay. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see new living room furniture. The only suggestion I would give the owners would be that the two single beds in the guest room are just too small for adults, one of them was uncomfortable and squeaked every time you sat on it. It would have been nice to have 2 full-size beds as the room is large and could probably accommodate. On the whole, the place was great, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beaches are beautiful, management company...not so much
This unit is located on the second floor. The steps to the unit are narrow and the passage from the driveway to the stairway is not lighted. I did not realize the unit was on the second floor from the images. Also, please note that the garage is not wide enough for larger vehicles, SUVs or trucks. It is deep but you will not get your car past the door. If your idea of a 5-star travel experience includes the quality of service in an emergency, then this unit’s property management staff falls far short. My mother (a beautiful octogenarian) and I arrived at the condo after travelling seven hours. We arrived at 7 PM. The key-code lock on the door was one that I had never seen. I did not know how to enter the combination without assistance. There was, however, a lock box hanging on the stairwell railing. When I opened the device, there was no key. We had to wait 3 hours for someone local to finally arrive to and help us get into the unit. I thought we would have to stay in a hotel the first night. On a positive note, the cleaning service did a wonderful job inside the unit. This unit appears to be newly renovated, and the design choices are nicely done. The leather chairs in the living room are recliners and very comfortable. Though there are only two bedrooms in the unit (accommodating 4 people in beds), there is a pull-out couch and two folding beds in the closet of the master bedroom. As another reviewer mentioned, the air circulation is not the most efficient and the master bedroom gets less air flow than the other rooms. The owners have supplied a portable fan in the closet of the master bedroom which helps somewhat. My main motivation for this trip was for daily access to the beaches and a chance to tour historic sites of St. Augustine. The beach has beautiful soft, white sand and the evenings had a nice cool breeze. The remainder of our week-long stay went well despite a rough start.

Perfect beach vacation!!
We were so pleased with this condo! We are a family of four with two kids, 7 & 4. The beach was just around the corner and not a bad walk at all! We also loved the pool which was a short walk also. We are frequent travelers and this condo was one of the cleanest places we have ever been to. We are already talking about booking here again soon!

Perfect location
Super close walk to the beach, not too far from downtown. Condo was very well stocked, plenty of spices, kitchen was up to date. The view from the porch was fantastic, I did have to work, but the view made it much more enjoyable! There was Nor'Easter that blew through for a few days, so that was an experience! Definitely would stay again.

Lovely Condo with Beach Access
We have stayed at several condo's along St. Augustine Beach and this is our favorite one. It is very secluded and private and there were no noisy neighbors which was really nice. Pros: Very spacious and clean Large closets in each bedroom Close to beach access Beach accessories in garage very helpful Well equipped kitchen Comfortable seating in living area Pool area is really nice Cons: Master bedroom mattress is hot & room air flow doesn't stay cool if door is closed - Mattress is comfortable just very hot. Large vehicles will not fit in garage (I drive a suburban and it wouldn't even fit in the door) Only one vehicle will fit in driveway so if you have more than one car it will have to park elsewhere on the property. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and condo
The condo was just as advertised. Very clean, lives the long balcony. Direct beach access was a bonus. My only complaint is the communication. Some info I received via email, some via text. Led to some confusion. Sent an email when I reserved the unit asking owner for restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Never received a reply. First time that has happened. Overall, really good rental!!

Perfect place in St Augustine
The property is in a great location, clean, and actually a little under-described. They have everything you need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, sand gear, rolling cart, beach towels) - two bikes for getting around St. Aug Beach, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay (coolers, kitchen essentials, towels). Keyless entry was a plus and made check in/out slick. Also roomier than what we expected. Just a great place and we hope to visit again.
