Upon arrival, we realized that there was no hot water in the house. Contacted the local manager by text and email. Contacted RedAwning by email, no response.
Eventually the local manager responded after 4 hours that he would send someone in the morning. We had to sleep the first night without shower.
Next day, water was cut off. Contacted the local manager, his response was maybe from the county. If not back in couple hours to contact him.
We had to leave the house because we couldn’t use the restroom or wash our hands, ..
Later, while away, I received a text from the local manager that I needed to bring a blanket from the porch inside. And then an email from RedAwning about the pet. I believe it is illegal and unethical to access the property with all our personal belongings there without our knowledge and permission.
The heating system is messed up completely. If you turn it to 68 on the first floor, it becomes extremely hot on the second floor where the bedrooms are so we have to keep it around 63 downstairs to be able to sleep.
Floors and furniture are all very old, dirty and filthy
This is definitely it worth the money spent.
It is a disappointment and very negative experience
